I haven't bought a game at full price or without a sale for like 10 years. Last game I remember buying full price is NFS Most Wanted for the Xbox. It was worth it.

I remember it took me 1 hour and around 30 minutes to get rid of the police at some point.
X-COM after having pirated and played it for about 100 hours first.
Then bought it for the ease of installing the Long War mod, and slap another +100 hours played.

I don't buy that many games..
Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection
Borderlands: Pre Sequel
Lethal League at Launch.
Had to check in order to see what it was. Apparently it was MW2 back in 2010, which is a bit disappointing. If I want a recently released game, I'll generally just wait for it to go on sale, or wish for it as a birthday gift (Rome II: Total War for example). I wouldn't say sales have spoiled me, as I've never really ever bought full-priced games - I just don't think games are worth that much to me (I mostly play older games, really). On the other hand, I've bought a lot of stuff on sale that I probably won't play ever, so there's that.
FIFA 15. I played it for 30 minutes. EA knows how to make people buy their stuff man.
When i pre-ordered Civ:Beyond Earth.
Alien Isolation
I mean, I've played through the Penumbra-series and Amnesia, Outlast, Silent Hill, Dead Space, etc. etc., but Isolation is the only game that's actually managed to scare me, and after the xenomorph showed up, I was only able to play it for like 30 minutes at a time, due to it stressing me out way too much
Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions for around like $21 which was kind of annoying seeing as Evolved was only $4 at full price.
Last physical purchase at full price was GTA V for PS4 at $68. Worth it though.
Super Smash Bros. 3DS
Never regret buying Nintendo games at full price on release, in fact they are the only company that I actually buy full price games from, them and Rockstar.
Nuclear Throne
I bought Shadows of Mordor, kickass game, but not that much to do.
My girlfriend bought 999 and vlr, which is some of the best games ever
BF4. When I first got it, was blown...but I've gotten back into it and can honestly say it was worth every penny...all 10,000 of them.
Mario Kart 8 in May, haven't been interested in anything since.
Resident Evil 5, every game since then has been a sale item or reduced etc.
