Because they like lesbians. Like really, that's it.

Thank you for posting this, this made my night.
I can't understand attachment of people to their pets.
Maybe it has to do with me not having a pet ever and not liking animals, but I find it so... alien.
I've read Lord Of The Rings Trilogy and i think that it is only an overrated and plain work of fiction
Foucault and Jijek are attention whores of social sciences and humanities
I like geography

How is consensual sex between a male and female degrading to women though???
I actually like Spider-Man 3

I have a bit of a crush on Topher Grace, so I too rather enjoy that movie.
I am not hyped for GTA V at all. Even though I enjoy the funny dialogue and radio I find the gameplay to be boring.
I don't like Attack On Titan
What i find really interesting is how certain opinions can be held popular, or unpopular in facepunch, yet in other demographics it would be considered the reverse.
I know this seems pretty bloody obvious; 'people in different place have different opinions!' but it's still quite interesting to see an internet forum transcend different cultural opinions or interactions and form a (by-and-large) niche voice of its own.
Case in point, I've seen several times people guiltily admitting that they think Capitalism is a good idea, the inference being that most people view it dimly on this forum.
When from what I've seen, the reality is that moderate capitalism is favoured by many provided there is government intervention to prevent the worst of market failure whilst trying to delicately balance unemployment, inflation and long-term growth.
(This is just a simple example, I know many of you know that, and indeed have a much better understanding than from what I can remember of A-level economics.)
But a question to you guys, do you think Facepunch has melded and helped create an identity of opinion, or has the forum itself attracted people who share these views by what it offers?
Or maybe a bit of both? A forum is defined by its members I suppose.
Valve needs to approach Games Workshop before Warhammer 40,000 video games are ruined forever!
Cathedrals are absolutely disgusting buildings.

They should add some variety in the missions, in GTA 4 you constantly drove around placed and killed some dude. The episodes did it better, especially the Ballad of Gay Tony. I hope that they will include some cool missions this time.
I think Nutella is gross.
Its not an unpopular opinion, but it is unpopular.
I haven't seen an episode of Breaking Bad.
As for the unpopular opinion: I don't really want to see it that badly.

A few folk on my facebook never shut up about it and it's really put me off watching it.
i saw the new robocop trailer and didn't think it looked that bad, but everyone in the thread is denouncing it as the worst thing they've ever seen and how it shits on the original and everything is shit
i just think in general a lot of facepunchers (not all, before anyone says 'lol fps not a hivemind') get too angry about things/have ridiculously high standards
for example, they ruined nostalgia critic for me, i used to watch him all the time, then i read a fp thread about one of his videos and everyone was saying how awful and unfunny it was and i stopped watching him because I couldn't get those posts out of my head

just watch the first episode and you'll know if it's for you.

Now I'm really curious to why you think that

a lot of things don't have reasons as to why they are, which is why phobias exist
it's probably either just a phobia, in a loose use of the word, or a general personality trait, neither of which can really be changed

The definition of opinion is "a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge"
I am still curious if there is a reason or not

The first few episodes are a tad slow imo, it took me until like the 5th to get properly into it.
Plus the first episode has like loads of quirky moments and funny music.
Gamification would be much more effective if achievements, along with a perk system can be seamlessly integrated.
As it stands, it's little more than a bandaid being applied to the boringness of work

I suggest you give it a shot. I never wanted to watch it until enough persuasion convinced me to watch the first episode, and now it's my favorite show. Literally every one of my friends who have watched it like it.
In my class today there was a mini poll for what was everyone's favorite shows, Breaking Bad was in everyone's list, save for maybe 5 people, mostly girls.

Strangely enough, I watched the first season entirely, and thought it was pretty good, particularly the opener. Rest of the seasons never caught on with me. Though I was kind of done with it after the episode [sp]where they melt the bodies[/sp], since it seemed like a huuuuge jump for the way Walter's character was to me, but I'm also not much into gorey things so. v:v:v

it really picks up around mid season 3, and it keeps getting more and more intense from there
permadeath in games is a bullshit mechanic that does the opposite of what its intended purpose is: instead of trying to survive as best as possible, it's easier to just treat the game as if you'll die at any moment. it undermines actual progress.

Even if it isn't that bad, it is just plain unnecessary. There does not need to be a remake/reboot of Robo Cop in any universe. Think of something original for once in your lives, Hollywood.

Let's take a look at the latest box office standings, shall we

1. Original idea (based off an article which was based off a true story)
2. Documentary
3. Original idea
4. Sequel to an original idea
5. Original idea
6. Original idea
7. Sequel to a movie based off a book
8. Original idea
9. Sequel to a movie based off a book
10. Original idea
overall, half these movies are completely original ideas, and none of them are remakes, so I don't know where you're getting the idea that hollywood has never thought of something original
besides, hollywood is first and foremost an business, so if they think an idea could make money if it was updated, go for it, it's not hurting anyone, it's more work for directors, cinematographers, actors, editors, riggers, makeup artists, production designers, etc
I like the European Union
