Yeah, I didn't really enjoy playing the game. The combat isn't really enthralling so I see no point in seeking out bosses or weapons. If I wanted to build things I'd just go and play Minecraft on Creative mode. Grinding is extremely boring and seeing mobs underground doesn't make it any better. It isn't enough that the grinding itself is very slow and boring but now I have to deal with obstacles along the way. I feel less compelled to do things in Terraria than I do in Minecraft. I think they're both a bore personally but ones worse than the other imo.
I fully agree with you, Terraria is more focused towards combat, bosses and better gear. Unfortunately the combat is incredibly underwhelming. All you do is jump around and click on the enemy. There is not much strategy to it. So why gather ressources in order to get some gear that isn't even worth it due to the bad combat. Although I have to say that the new update added a lot of content.
The New York Giants and Yankees are okay. That's it.
The kids' books from homestarrunner.com should be actual books
Gonna get crucified for this. Halo 4's multiplayer was really fucking fun.
It was fun. It just wasn't 'Halo'
The only mental conditions that need diagnosis in children are hardcore, clinical depression, major tourettes, bipolar disorder and some other serious conditions. Everything else under that is either bad behavior, moods or social awkwardness. Please feel free to kill me in the most brutal way possible.
So autism/asperger's doesn't matter because it's just "bad behaviour" and "social awkwardness"? There are lots of... interesting... and overlapping mental conditions requiring diagnosis and while many of them are added to the DSM on the pretense of the editor's vested interests in the pharmaceutical industry it can still sometimes prove helpful to diagnose people with them i.e. where they receive support as a result that actually helps their development rather than just being dosed up on <insert drug here>
I feel a lot of people jump the gun with things like depression.
Exactly. Everybody feels depressed at some point or another, but it's not necessarily diagnosible clinical depression.
Aspergers or adhd or whatever may have made a person a total cunt... but that's not an excuse for being a cunt.
I have diagnosed Asperger's. I feel like it's kind of a useless diagnosis, to be honest.
I'm depressed and bothered with anxiety attacks throughout the entire year
I get depressed pretty much every winter, it runs in my family. Nothing bad even needs to happen, I just feel like shit until the snow melts. I've met people who say that depression isn't even a real thing before and that it's just an excuse. At least you're seeing it from a sane point of view...
Seasonal Affective Disorder, right? How do you cope with it?
I always have it at the end of summer when uni/school is about to begin. I feel really sad and empty inside, but it goes away after a few days or a week. I really like Winter, christmas fills me with joy.
The Stanley Parable was awful, how people found walking around an office complex with an annoying narrator is good is beyond me
The Stanley Parable was awful, how people found walking around an office complex with an annoying narrator is good is beyond me
yah i agree it was really boring and had a startlingly low amount of content, it takes about an hour to do every route. i don't see what's so great about it.
Seasonal Affective Disorder, right? How do you cope with it?
Light therapy is the only real "prescribed" treatment since SAD is mostly caused by low amounts of melatonin. It's a pretty common ailment. It also depends a lot on your location. Someone living in the middle of North America would experience colder weather but a fair amount of sunlight, whereas the coast has more overcast weather and someone living there would be more susceptible
The FFRF are nazis.
Dr. Pepper tastes like cherry medicine. In other words, like absolute shit. I don't know how people can say it's the best beverage around. Original Pepsi master race.
I honestly think Pepsi and Coke are different enough that it's totally reasonable to prefer both Pepsi's way sweeter, but Coke has more bite to it
Dr Pepper and Sprite are the best soft drinks.

I know it isn't the same but just curious. Sounds nasty :(
The Stanley Parable was awful, how people found walking around an office complex with an annoying narrator is good is beyond me
Not really awful, just overhyped I finished possible ending in about 2 hours, it was amusing but it really wasn't anything special and mostly forgettable Its like Portal but without all the gameplay
The Stanley Parable was awful, how people found walking around an office complex with an annoying narrator is good is beyond me
I liked the original Stanley Parable a lot. But the new, retail remake...I didn't really enjoy it as much as I'd expected I would. It was extremely underwhelming in new content, and while I might play it for free, just to kill time, the remake is nowhere near worth fifteen bucks.
Genestealer cults don't get enough attention in 40K lore.
Year Zero through to Hesitation Marks are better albums than Nine Inch Nails earlier works, Including Pretty Hate Machine and The Downward Spiral.
Royal Crown is better than Coke and Pepsi
I know that Mountain Dew gets a lot of shit, especially with how obnoxious their product placements can be at times, mostly with Xbox, but I love it.
Yeah I agree, Mountain Dew is great. Probably the best soda on the market.
I think Mountain Dew Whiteout is just regular Mountain Dew with dish water coloring. I prefer Voltage as a my go-to Mountain Dew, but I love Live Wire, why is it such a limited flavor? It's rad.
I never understood the hype of the Occulus Rift. I don't see how it can evolve into the big next step in gaming or virtual reality. Furthermore I can't imagine a lot of people will own one. Sometimes it's praised as the future of gaming.
