The new Smash Bros. is gonna be like Project M, but bad.
the problem is who the hell is that?
It's actually a fan-made song regarding the boss Air Man that's popular as fuck.
I hate sex scenes in movies/tv shows. Like seriously does every character need to fuck eachother, In context its good but jesus its the most awkward thing when your watching Walking Dead with your family then all the sudden sex scene.
fyi people have sex in real life
So you're telling me you wouldn't mind one bit if your family was watching you have sex.
unpopular opinions: I hate watching movies with other people. I find they're a lot more enjoyable alone. And that's why Netflix is my best friend :)
So you're telling me you wouldn't mind one bit if your family was watching you have sex.
What? I am saying that TV and movies often purport to depict fictionalized versions of real life. People have sex in real life. Therefore there will be sex in TV and movies. If you don't like it don't watch movies and TV shows which are likely to have sex scenes with your parents
So you're telling me you wouldn't mind one bit if your family was watching you have sex.
yeah because i'm not 12 lol
fyi people have sex in real life
Wtf? Gross!
unpopular opinions: I hate watching movies with other people. I find they're a lot more enjoyable alone. I don't see what's so great about Pink Floyd.
Anything is ok if it's good. Sex scenes are only ever bad if they're pointless. (see- game of thrones) I think we should get more sex scenes for - affecting the plot. - Reward. I awkwardly feel happier when i see my favourite developing characters succeed.
patriots are the best NFL team IMO people from anywhere else would probably disagree sex scenes like in caligula are pretty fucked
I hate sex scenes in movies/tv shows. Like seriously does every character need to fuck eachother, In context its good but jesus its the most awkward thing when your watching Walking Dead with your family then all the sudden sex scene.
It's annoying and awkward if the movie conveys poorly the relationships between persons or if the love interest is really forced. I've only seen a few movies that had really amazing well shot sex scenes which I really liked.
Boku No Pico is an artistic masterpiece
I hate sex scenes in movies/tv shows.
I don't see what's so great about Pink Floyd.
Most of their music seems boring to me, listened to 3 of their albums, only one to two songs from each stuck in my mind.
Feminism isn't evil.
Feminism isn't evil.
I liken it to unions, we needed them back when factories treated people like garbage, but unfortunately today some unions go too far. (Hostess for example) Also, women don't have it worse in EVERY area. In the USA one thing women have that we don't is that women aren't put onto the select service draft. Why not focus on equality for both sides instead of just focusing on one.
Talking about the draft is pretty moot because it hasn't been a thing in America for quite a while, and I'm pretty bad at explaining m point on that last one, but this guy I came across sums it up nicely:
Say I’m 32 years old and you’re 22 years old. In how many years will we be the same age? … Silly question, right? If you define aging as a process that stops at death, the only way we’ll ever be the same age is if I die first. If you don’t, then we’ll never be the same age. Every time you age a year, I also age a year. Since our ages increase at the same rate, you will never catch up to my head start. We have achieved a total equality of aging, but that does not change the permanent inequality of our age. Okay, say I have a million dollars and you’re completely broke. If we both get a dollar a day, how long will it take you to catch up with me? Now, this one’s even sillier, because if you have no other resources, your dollar a day is going to be eaten up by basic living expenses that it doesn't quite meet, and I have an excess of money that can be spent on money-making opportunities that pay off far better than an additional $365 a year. I could literally burn the dollar I’m getting as part of our Totally Equal Income and still make more money in a year than you do just by sticking my money in the bank. But still: both of us getting a dollar a day is totally equal, right? It means we’re being treated exactly the same. And now, final problem: If we have a world that contains structural inequalities, systemic imbalances, disproportionate danger faced by some, and unequal access to resources and opportunities, is “treating everyone the same” really going to result in equality?
It's not that we shouldn't work on equality for all, it's just that inequality is disproportionate, and some sides need more help than others. :>
I think XKCD is too in-jokey and "LOL SO NERDY xD" to be enjoyable.
I think XKCD is too in-jokey and "LOL SO NERDY xD" to be enjoyable.
because the writer is extremely well educated and you don't understand any of it. nobody ever said it's for everyone.
Yes, because if I don't like something, I totally don't understand it because I'm an uneducated ape.
Yes, because if I don't like something, I totally don't understand it because I'm an uneducated ape.
well his humor is usually legitimate so, if you find it too in-jokey, yes that would be the implication.
I understand XKCD but I don't find it that funny either. Your ad-hominem argument is hilarious.
And if that's not the problem, his What If section is less cryptic and more humorous while talking about the same things. [editline]16th December 2013[/editline]
I understand XKCD but I don't find it that funny either. Your ad-hominem argument is hilarious.
i dont even? it's relevant because you need to understand jokes to find them funny and i don't know anyone irl who does understand them in the first place. [editline]16th December 2013[/editline] I'm sorry I'm being an angry elf, I see what you mean, and his daily comic doesn't always hit the laugh out loud mark, but he has some excellent commentary scattered around everywhere and his What Ifs are quality humor that really isn't in-jokey at all.
I'll agree that the What Ifs are good. I thought you were referring more to the usual, general comic stuff he puts out. They're witty; I just don't like them too much.
I don't really care about the NSA even if I do read up on it.
sometimes i think hitler had the right idea but took it way way way way way way way waaaaaaaaay too far 2 far (minus the flat out racism)
I always see that people have very negative or positive attitudes towards anime and manga. I heavily disagree with both sides. Actually I'm not a really huge fan of it to begin with but there are some really terrific animes and mangas out there. Just a lot of them are hidden beneath all the crap and silly anime that just butchers everything. Not everything is bad or good, you just have to find the right things. Also this applies to many other things aswell.
You have to take into consideration that Pink Floyd was a pioneer in that experimental music genre, they created a new genre with many new elements that were quite new and spectacular back in the day. It was very different compared to a lot of artists during that time. I still like them today but the sounds and music composed by them are not as spectacular and new anymore because there are many other experimental genres and niche subcategories, it's far more indepth than it ever was before.
