Plus, I grew up with it, so I'm pretty biased with this game.
This is probably mostly it honestly. A number of games I grew up playing I've gone back and tried to play again and they were just awful honestly. Even Doom (which for the record is one of my favorite games of all time) would be one I wouldn't play anymore if it weren't for the fact source ports make it playable again.
FF7 is one of the most overrated piles of garbage I've ever had the displeasure of playing. There are few games I dislike more than FF7.
Replace FF7 with GTA4 and that's me.
Replace FF7 with GTA4 and that's me.
Replace GTA 4 with Fallout 3, and that is me
Speaking of milk, I hate coffee so fucking much and I have no idea why so many people drink it. Not to mention that I hate milk and hot drinks in general, so combining the two only makes me hate it more. Chocolate milk is amazing, though.
Personally, I don't like the taste of caffeine in coffee. It tastes like the smell of cat piss to me. It doesn't even help me wake up (not that I ever need a pick-me-up). Yes to chocolate milk. Grew up on the stuff, and you have actually made me crave some. Unfortunately, I have none. :( [editline]20th December 2013[/editline]
I can't stand smoke. I've lived around heavy smokers my entire life and have asthma from it.
Cigarette smoke gives me headaches and stuff like that because I'm allergic to it. Plus it smells like ass.
Dubstep is fucking awful and I can't stand listening to it. I will literally leave if someone starts playing it within the vicinity of me.
Are you judging Dubstep off its mainstream sound though?
Are you judging Dubstep off its mainstream sound though?
Plus you do need a nice set of speakers/sub to get the most enjoyment out of it otherwise it's just kind of bland, unless you're listening to stuff like skrillex which is bad anyway
Dubstep is fucking awful and I can't stand listening to it. I will literally leave if someone starts playing it within the vicinity of me.
I find ranting about dubstep really stupid, even though I think it's a really dumb genre. But where the hell are you going that you are being forced to listen to dubstep? Wherever that is I suggest you stop. I can only think of one dubstep song that really charted last year, not counting skrillex who just sits at like 80.
Plus you do need a nice set of speakers/sub to get the most enjoyment out of it otherwise it's just kind of bland, unless you're listening to stuff like skrillex which is bad anyway
I love how on every single dubstep song on youtube the comments are an argument bitching about skrillex, how does one even rate music like that, it doesn't really have lyrics to criticize. (Yeah yeah I know some do.) Also most genres you can say need a good set of speakers and subwoofer to listen to
Plus you do need a nice set of speakers/sub to get the most enjoyment out of it otherwise it's just kind of bland, unless you're listening to stuff like skrillex which is bad anyway
you know the feel when you're really enjoying a song then suddenly boom wub wub wub wub part [editline]20th December 2013[/editline] yeah, fuck dubstep
Also most genres you can say need a good set of speakers and subwoofer to listen to
Nope, Dubstep focuses more on sub-bass than any other genre (one could argue that jungle/garage/DnB do too), listening to any good track through a soundsystem really emphasises the sub-bass. Hearing this on a good soundsystem would blow your mind.
Time for an unpopular coffee opinion. Coffee without milk or sugar in it is horrid, I can stand strong coffee, but without sugar and milk it's just gross.
What kind of coffee? You best not be implying that instant is actually coffee my good man :downs: [editline]20th December 2013[/editline]
I can't stand coffee without at least milk or creamer at the very least. It oddly gives me a headache without one of those for some reason.
Same to you :P What do you classify to constitute coffee? As for me, I'll drink real coffee (i.e. freshly ground from recently roasted and good quality beans) black any day. I find that adding milk or sugar tends to mask some of the unique characteristics of a particular blend of coffee. I tend to just have a small glass of water after as the after-taste is what I find to be most unpleasant personally especially with strong concentrate preparations (espresso).
Same to you :P What do you classify to constitute coffee?
What we buy is just a generic brand medium roast pre-ground coffee.

http://www.avsforum.com/t/1451519/lilmikes-lilwrecker Give that a try if you want fucking insane bass btw. It's easily capable of damaging you and your home.
most thin crust pizza is terrible
most thin crust pizza is terrible
Chicago style all the way. Pizza so deep not even the most cavernous orifice can accommodate it.
Deep dish pizzas are the shit and beat out all other kinds. Ellio's pizza makes my mouth water just thinking about it. It tastes a lot better than it looks, too.
I actually had deep dish pizza for dinner today :v:
The Shining is one of King's worst books.
I think it should be ok to buy and eat any meat so long as the parts are good and the animal isn't endangered. Any meat at all. Cats, pigeons, shark, krill... anything.
I don't like George Carlin Thanks for disagreeing with the fact that I don't like george carlin
I don't like George Carlin
Have you seen/heard all his stuff or only select bits? Not challenging your view, just curious :)
Valve should let us use the right-to-left character on our names again.
Have you seen/heard all his stuff or only select bits? Not challenging your view, just curious :)
I watched one of his specials and assorted other clips. I agree that he's a really intelligent comedian but I just don't really like his stuff for whatever reason.
Except when it tastes like stale freezer burnt dough with some shitty fake pellets of nasty petrified meat on top with some soap infused spaghetti sauce with tasteless cheese.
I watched one of his specials and assorted other clips. I agree that he's a really intelligent comedian but I just don't really like his stuff for whatever reason.
There is quite a big difference between his earlier stuff and his later stuff. I kind of prefer the earlier before he got bitter and started the whole "religion is bullshit" bit which, while I agree with him on it, is hardly one of his funniest or best bits of comedy. I'd highly recommend checking out something like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Carlin:_Again! if the special you saw was fairly recent. His audiobooks are pretty cool too "When Will Jesus Bring The Pork Chops?" and "Napalm and Silly Putty". But either way, it's cool that you give him recognition despite not really appreciating what you've seen/heard of his stuff yourself.
The Shining is one of King's worst books.
I find his books to be horribly boring to read. They make decent movies though. I've started reading several of his books and only ever managed to finish one of them. (Cell I think it was called.)
If King didn't ramble on about bullshit his books would be half the length. He has no idea to write an ending. And he has a weird fascination with sex which just appears at the most abrupt times.
Only Cell? I hated that one. Only finished it because it was all I had to read on holiday :v:
It's the only one of his books I've ever not found so difficult to get into that I stopped reading. I don't read as much as I used to but I used to read a ton and I've only ever dropped reading maybe 15 books. About a third or so of those are by Stephen King.

I think the characters in the Walking Dead game have creepy eyes.
I think the characters in the Walking Dead game have creepy eyes.
They made them bigger so it's easier for characters to convey emotion using their eyes only, iirc, as well as stylistic choice of course.
