Celsius is inferior to Fahrenheit for day-to-day usage it's leagues better when it comes to science though
I think you can make a serious argument for Kanye West being the best rapper of all-time. I wouldn't agree with it, but if someone told me so, I'd think "Yeah, alright, I can see why you would feel that way."
Celsius is inferior to Fahrenheit for day-to-day usage it's leagues better when it comes to science though
Kelvin is the best system, hands down.
there's no reason to use fahrenheit at all
I could easily say you say that because you're used to using celsius mind telling me why there's no reason to use fahrenheit?
I could easily say you say that because you're used to using celsius mind telling me why there's no reason to use fahrenheit?
same reason why the imperial measuring system needs to be changed to the metric system. It's outdated and based off outdated calculations and every country in the world except 3 have adopted the metric system and Celsius.
Maybe his recent lyrics but his college trilogy era lyricism is absolute gold.
true, everyone does have a few bad ones in them at least. such as this
I could easily say you say that because you're used to using Celsius mind telling me why there's no reason to use Fahrenheit?
[t]http://i.imgur.com/Tq8JIkK.png[/t] Green is Celsius and grey is Fahrenheit. Mind telling me why all of those countries should convert?
Even as an American, I can agree that Fahrenheit is total useless bullshit.
Even as an American, I can agree that Fahrenheit is total useless bullshit.
I use Kelvin.
I use the fuck-o-meter for everything cold as fuck hot as fuck long as fuck short as fuck the simplest of them all
The Last of Us, while a good game, receives a lot more praise than I feel it deserves.

I like the first and second Saint's Rows a lot more than the new shit
Practical effects or CGI, I don't care what was used as long as it looks good and achieved the desired effect.
Practical effects or CGI, I don't care what was used as long as it looks good and achieved the desired effect.
I think people are now starting to get kind of sick of bullshit special effects in 3d, which will be great as movie directors will begin to use them to tell a story, rather than having the story to tell the special effects.
I dont get my so many people say they want to leave earth and go live on the moon or mars or someshit. That is completely boring. The moon is just a empty desert of moondust, mars is just a desert of red dirt. Plus you are mostly going to be stuck in a small form of housing. Whats the point of that? Might as well the stay in your basement forever and have wallsized monitors displaying outer space. Sure it would be cool for a week but after a while you would go crazy due to boredom. Also that zero gravity shit is awesome but you have to work out shitloads and hard to keep your muscles from getting fucked up due to it, so if you are used to shitty on your ass all day this may not be for you.

We can leave the moon out of this, because the even lower gravity and proximity to the earth mean any further landings will be short, not unlike the Apollo missions. So two things. Firstly, and simply, you would live for forever. Obviously not literally, as the effects of low gravity on the human body are not nice. Should you be the first person to land or live on Mars, you would not only instantly become famous, but you would be remembered for a very, very, very long time, especially if you developed an internet personality out of yourself, similar to how Chris Hadfield has. I remember a nice example of a tribesman in Africa who knew about Neil Armstrong, but not about cellphones or computers. You'd indirectly touch the lives of millions more people than you ever could here on earth, and there are plenty of personal philosophies out there that allow such a thing to be worth the rest of your life. And secondly, there are a lot of things for an Astronaut to do. They can't go out on a Saturday night to the pub, or take a walk through the park, or meet someone new normally, but they'll be with a minimum of 3 other people. When they're not doing science n shit they'll have access to internet (albeit they won't be able to browse it like we do, the speed of light can be a real ass), books, movies, television, games, you name it. They've an entire lifetime with their best friends, a ton of media, a beautiful planet, and the attention of an the entire Earth. Billions of humans on Earth have lived simpler lives in solitude. I think the hardest part would be not being able to have an actual conversation with anyone on Earth, due to the delay ranging from like 5 to 20 minutes, but you're not entirely cut off, and you still have your Astronaut buddies. I also want to mention that while the trip to Mars would be dreadfully long in moderately cramped quarters, the living quarters on Mars itself would be fine, and I do believe by 2020 we will have nice skin-tight or nearly skin-tight space suits, meaning the Astronauts wouldn't have to deal with bulky suits or a life in their quarters. It's a drastically different life, but maybe you can see why some would find it worth living, and not "completely boring" haha.
I think that the minute discernable differences between Coke, Pepsi, and off-brand colas are so irrelevant that I honestly do not prefer one of them to the other, at least in the standard varieties.

Here's the first episode. It's a beautiful set of videos that address both of the things you have here. Many of the people that have a "boner" for space travel see the universe in a light that you don't seem to. I don't know how to articulate myself here, but The Sagan Series would be a good start if you're curious (and I hope you are).

Christmas sucks and I prefer other holidays.

The rich is not the problem with the united states, they shouldn't be taxed more because the middle class are too greedy and lazy to contribute. The working class are also one of the greatest but are too weak willed to reach their full potential. The middle class is what is ruining this country.

Gta V sucks so bad. Gta IV was so much better. The physics engine was absurd but it was FUN! Too much realism ruins the game, to the point where it's not realistic.
How can you at all imply that GTAV's physics were realistic?
