if your still watching movies in your 20's youre a failure.
if your still reading books in your 20's youre a failure.
if your still taking pictures in your 20's youre a failure.
See how stupid that sounds? I know this is just troll / flamebait, but I couldn't resist (for people who actually think this).

Good thing I'm 19 lmao.
If we are counting smartphone and tablet games, nearly every 20-something I know plays video games. DarkeeScorp must be no fun at dinner parties.

What if you make video games
if your still playing videos games in your 20's youre a failure. just my opinion
... no fun allowed
What if you make video games
That wouldn't be a first or probably even second priority for a sane game developer.

whoa it's getting a little no true scotsman in here
Microwaved food is underrated.
I say this, even after when microwaving an egg, biting into the yolk caused it to explode inside of my mouth.

no, if anything microwaved food is overrated, especially instant noodles
i can get that instant noodles taste nice, but jesus christ the amount of sodium in them is insane
Pumped Up Kicks is terrible and Foster The People are a shitty band that only hippies like.
Also, half the shit people claim to be "human rights violations" really aren't. I have seriously seen people recommend contacting OSHA over having to walk at their job.

i hate this song
I think MMOs that focus on an "end game" are kinda stupid. Surely in an environment like an MMO the focus should be on continuous gameplay and not having an "end" point at all. I've never really understood the appeal of grinding the same few raids over and over to get a select few loot drops and then waiting for the next expansion or update to just shift that up a few levels to do it all again. It just seems like an extremely flawed way of constructing an open-ended game. Surely the focus should be on not stagnating the gameplay?
I don't get why people watch 95% of streams. I can understand it if the guy is a speedrunner, or if the stream has some interesting stuff going on, like twitch plays pokemon, or if the streamer is really entertaining.
But other than that, I have no idea why anyone would want to devote hours of time to stuff they could be doing on their own.
Also, I do not get raise your dongers.

Raise your dongers is from a lol streamer who noticed the champ Heimerdinger's head looked like a testicle. So he nicknamed him heimerdonger.
Raise your dongers i think came from twitch chat.

The point of it is too spite other people
Or on the flip side if you're not then you're probably quite boring. The only exceptions really being someone who actually has some good skill in their hobbies.
"If you dont play videogames youre boring"
This way of thinking is just as narrow minded as his
I think video games need to find a mix between super realism and super fantasy.
It's kind of boring have them same warrior/knight/spacemuhrine/orc/robot/alien/soldier/sniper games and find a new theme to do.
Aside from the refrigerator scene, Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull was not that bad. Aliens too far-fetched? Really? Because an army of face melting ghosts and supernatural artifacts that do ridiculous stuff isn't? And it fit with hypotheses (not theories; people need to stop calling conspiracy hypotheses "conspiracy theories") associated with that region.

Also, if it's okay for someone who isn't a redneck who runs cocaine back and forth between the Mexican border and shoots police to listen to Johnny Cash, it's okay for someone who isn't poor or a gangster to listen to rap.
The gameplay in BioShock Infinite is just as generic as the gameplay in the first BioShock.
I think all three Abrahamic religions have horrible things to learn from them and can be extremely damaging on the merits of the religions themselves. I think the only reason they haven't kept the world perpetually at war is because people pick and choose to ignore the more bizarre parts.
Music genres are too fucking complex now, with people giving new names to old shit in order for it to sound "unique". Eventually, you're just backing yourself into a corner with a bunch of specific bands that sound exactly the same.

that's literally the opposite of what happens when you expand the amount of categories people can categorize themselves as.

genres are used to describe music, music isn't written using genres as a rulebook
that's why people pile on subgenres to more accurately describe a bands sound

Metal has gotten pretty ridiculous though. There's almost as many sub-genres as albums.
I don't want this to come across as me attacking mod support, so first I do want to establish that decent mod support is a great thing to have in a game that greatly improved the value and longevity of any game.
That being said, if any game is in a state where considerable levels of modding are required for the game to be good, then it's a terribly done game that should not have released in that state.

My post was kind of directed at metal (in my head when I wrote it).
I think the amount of subgenres in metal is fine, the more the merrier.
If you're a christian and you don't believe in literally everything in the bible than you can still be a christian. Same goes for any belief, really.
This is more directed towards people who aren't religious, but whatever.

That's fine by me but it does sort of beg the question of what standard you're using to pick what you follow and why you need the Bible at all if some personal moral standard supersedes it. Like I get that it can be a good thing to take influences for your beliefs from a bunch of different sources. Bertrand Russell influenced things I believe but I wouldn't say I agree 100% with everything he ever said. But the difference is I also don't believe he created the universe and all morality.
I'm not really trying to start an argument, just explain where the other side is coming from.
