Nintendo is fucking up in literally every aspect they can, aside from how fun their games are.
It feels like they have no idea what their audience wants, and they just keep making bad decision upon bad decision.
The Tomodachi Life thing was downright retarded.
It was a Japanese only game until people wanted it translated
I'm really looking forward to Tomodachi life
I think Game of Thrones is extremely overrated and I don't like it.
I feel exactly the same about The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad. Maybe I'm just cynical.

Do gay people not exist in japan?
Do gay people not exist in japan?
Have you seen any of the anime and manga? That alone shows that there are no genders in Japan.

I was thoroughly disappointed when The Walking Dead turned out to be more talking and soap opera-tier drama than killing zombies, and I haven't seen Breaking Bad yet. A lot of people say it's good, but I really don't know if I'll like it or not.

This has caused enough of a shitstorm in the SH threads related to Tomodachi Life, let's not bring it here. They had to patch the "same sex marriage glitch" because it was wrecking people's data and making the game crash. Nintendo even went far enough to say that if they make a sequel, gay marriage will be an intended feature. Okay? Okay.

both are overrated but breaking bad is miles above twd in almost every aspect
don't expect a lot of action though, especially on the first season

Compared to the rest of the show, the first series is almost a comedy. In fact, you can see the moment that it becomes the more serious drama in the final episode when [sp]Tuco beats his subordinate to death[/sp].

I understand, its just weird that they didn't put it in in the first place.
I mean if anyone is going to play a game about fashion, and soap-opera style drama, it's going to be the gays.
EE Cummings is the greatest poet ever.
I don't think Watch Dogs is going to turn out well, and I'm incredibly skeptical about the new Wolfenstein game that's coming out in like half an hour.
I'm highly skeptical of any major game coming out these days. Too much bullshit in the industry now to trust anyone.
All credit though if the game is good.
There's a handful of people I trust, and it's likely a bad thing. I trust Epic Games to do what's right for the new UT 4. Same with Tripwire and the new KF.
I feel a bit sad that trusting game companies is often the worst thing you can do now. I only really place any trust in the above because Epic and Tripwire are companies that seem to want what's best for their gamers compared to the silence and occasional pictures you get from other companies. Whether my trust is misplaced we will see.

when i saw that it was a 40gb download i left my computer running before i left for school to download the entire thing so it would be (almost) ready when i got home.
and then just as i come home, i see that my computer went to sleep for hibernation and only 4 gb out of 40gb is preloaded.
god DAMNIT
On the topic of clothing, I don't know if a coat is indeed worth a graphics card. :x
People should stop believing Snowden so much. He's a guy in a country with dying relationships being given literally everything he wants and generates "leaks" out of his ass against an opposing country. The amount of times I see Snowden Quoted and never doubted is hypocritical. While what he says may be true, people are too quick to jump the gun simply because he says something that supports their views.

I find it strange that the gaming companies I trust the most are mostly Eastern European.
I think the really in-depth lore of the Elder Scrolls is stupid, weird, yet sort of dull at the same time. It constantly plays the cheap trick of "or is it? Hmmm? Oh, I'll never tell, teehee". Please read the previous in the most dandy voice you can imagine.

You can trust indie devs more frequently since they're significantly more likely to be making games because it's what they love. Though even that is becoming less common. There's still devs like Nigoro though which can be trusted. (though whether their games appeal to you personally is another matter altogether. :v:)

Yeah, exactly. Indie devs are more likely to be making a game for the sake of making a game they want to make, rather than for money or whatever other gains there are. But things like Kickstarter and Greenlight show that you can't really place your trust in developers outside of big companies too. They can pull the plug and vanish or just upload horrible shit for the sake of getting a few dollars from misinformed people.

Watch Dogs doesn't look interesting in the slightest, I really don't understand the big appeal with hacking into security cameras and annoying NPCs by screwing with their phone or whatever
All the fun in open world games like that is causing mass mayhem, changing the traffic lights so a few cars bump into eachother doesn't sound that exciting
I don't find the Saint's Row games fun or funny at all.
they're good but gets repetitive after a few hours
America's gun culture scares me

One of the only Indie devs i trust is Capy.
I don't like Saint's Row 3 or 4.
I'm very sad they decided to scrap the story and feel of SR1 and 2.

You know, honestly, i enjoyed SR3 the first time through (no replay value though) but i didn't much care for SR2.
SR3 tried so hard to be wacky and ~random~ that it became cringeworthy after a while. That and the sexualization of literally everything becomes quite tiresome
Here's an actual unpopular opinion: Those who are willing to trust the government far more than themselves, and their immediate families scare me more than anyone with a gun. Trust me, I believe the government has a place, and when well commanded does its job well. But do I put all my faith in elected officials everywhere? No. In the end, I can only truly trust myself and those around me to take care of me, and not to want to screw me over. And what you said isn't unpopular, from what I've seen it's pretty popular in countries that don't allow citizens to carry guns. I also find it to be a ridiculous opinion. Almost as ridiculous as me saying that I'm scared of Switzerland's gun culture.

its not about trusting the government more than yourself its about not being a paranoid nut
its not about trusting the government more than yourself its about not being a paranoid nut
Just because someone enjoys owning and collecting and using firearms doesn't mean they're some sort of paranoid nut. There are a truckload of guns I'd love to own because I think they're historically significant and cool, doesn't mean I want to suddenly go shoot up a school.
Crazies of any sort should not taint the normal people within anything.
