Here's realistic mens fashion in a nutshell:
"Uhh I guess I'll wear some jeans today.. and I guess a red shirt? Eh maybe blue today. Ehh fuck it, plain white shirt."
We don't get jewerly, socks that aren't black/white, any decent designs, nothing "feminine" (not saying I'd wear those, but we really have no options)
You couldn't be more misinformed if you tried. Men's modern fashion, be it street or formal/semi-formal has greatly evolved since painfully basic fashion like you described. Men have access to plenty of different pieces of clothing. You have varieties of T-Shirts/Shirts, Jewellery, Pants, Socks. Chances are if your choices are what you just described you're some dadcore dude who couldn't give a single shit how he looks.
I think the problem is that there's a lot of clothing that doesn't look right on just anyone.

This applies to both genders.

hell, women probably have it worse in this regard, since their bodies can vary more.

Honestly, this is what I was going to say but I didn't want to look like I was being rude. But yeah, go outside and look at what the people of 2014 are wearing. There is some cool and crazy shit in fashion right now.

Who the hell is Crikin?
Maybe he means Cr1tikal?
No he's talking about Criken2.
Yeah they're games but that doesn't mean they're good :v:
Stanley Parable was oodles more entertaining than Gone Home
The way you are posting this makes it sound like they are irrefutable facts. I enjoyed Gone Home for what it is, so I considered it at least averagely good or else I wouldn't have liked it..
Stanley Parable sounds dull as hell and I have no interest in touching it at all. Unsurprisingly, what's 'good' is extremely subjective.

the thread is literally called "unpopular opinions"
I've tried so many times watching criken, I just can't get the appeal of him at all. It happens, I used to like game grumps too but now I just don't. GamingLemon seems like a really funny guy too, I'm not sure what people think of him but he's pretty genuine and funny.

There's a difference in "These games aren't good" and "I don't think these games are good."
One is said as if it's factual, one isn't. And it would be far from the first time someone has said their opinion as if it was infallible. It's not, and it's aggravating to have people do that. It's not exceptionally difficult to say it's your opinion.

"this is not a good game" is an opinion, even if it doesn't start with "i think" or "my opinion is that"
considering the context (a thread about opinions), it's very clear it's meant as an opinion

Fair enough, I don't exactly disagree or anything. But it is incredibly irritating that people do have the mindset that "my opinion is fact" and you can't entirely tell if they believe that or if they are just posting their opinion here. I assume it's the worst.
And that mindset is just the worst thing. It's like saying one food is factually better than another.
A game is a game. There's a specific definition for what a game is and for what a videogame is and even stuff like Dear Esther fits that definition. What we consider videogames should be very open or else we'll be limiting ourselves.

I feel that a game is anything that you find fun.
The sudden rise in LP'ers suddenly making their videos ~15 mins in length is ridiculous and they'd get more viewers simply by upping the length to ~20 mins.

A shirt with a hoodie pocket but no hoodie? Who was smoking what when they thought of that?
I don't know if this is unpopular in general, but it is among people I know.
Plastic Beach was fan-fucking-tastic.

I think you care too much about what people on an online forum think about your internet persona on said forum.
5 nights at freddy's is not scary and if it scares you then you're a whimp
The Mega Drive has a better soundchip than the SNES. It separates the talented from the untalented by who can make it sing and doesn't come dangerously close to sounding like a MIDI file playing in Windows.
Horror movies scare me when they do it right, scary games scare me when they do it right, hell even scary stories can scare me.
Amnesia: The Dark Descent did not scare me at all. I gave up halfway through because for me it ended up being a game about walking slowly down corridors and retracing your steps to find bullshit keys.

Bold parts aren't something someone who was serious about it would say. My post was really not even remotely unclear. Italics, bold, and question marks couldn't even fit in that post anyways.
