Anorexia isn't something to shame people over.
It's a slow suicide, it's like obesity if not worse.
It's a slow suicide, it's like obesity if not worse.
Anorexia isn't a choice... Why shame people for something they can't control? What does that accomplish?
Anorexia is a legitimate mental disorder and shaming someone for a mental disorder is fucking disgusting dont do it
Trine and Trine 2 are absolutely horrible games.
dobby did 9/11
Trine and Trine 2 are absolutely horrible games.
I felt that Trine 2 was pretty boring, but pretty.
I felt that Trine 2 was pretty boring, but pretty.
That's really all they have going for them, I think. They're undeniably pretty games, but the gameplay jut feels so painfully dull.
The new episode of South Park wasn't very funny
I don't feel like I'm playing as a bounty hunter in the metroid games, more like a future pest control officer
The new episode of South Park wasn't very funny
on that note: I have never found south park funny, don't even know why, it just seems childish to me and whenever i point that out people go "but its a parody of that" like yeah i get its a parody its still unfunny
I don't feel like I'm playing as a bounty hunter in the metroid games, more like a future pest control officer
Still some of my fucking favorite games though, oh my shitty titties do I love them.
on that note: I have never found south park funny, don't even know why, it just seems childish to me and whenever i point that out people go "but its a parody of that" like yeah i get its a parody its still unfunny
Some episodes are funny especially the older ones but after 2007 or so the quality really fell imo And now it's literally just parodies. That's what happens when a show is on for too long
Steamed vegetables usually cook out all the nutrients too, unless you do it in a specific method. So all you're eating is weird, green mush with no nutritional value
Not actually true. All methods of cooking reduce the nutrient levels in vegetables, but it's very hard to reduce them to something with no nutritional value. The total loss of nutrients from steaming is also lower than that from boiling.
I never understood how or why the idea of "the white race" made any sense to anyone. "Whites" have never really been any sort of united identity.
I never understood how or why the idea of "the white race" made any sense to anyone. "Whites" have never really been any sort of united identity.
Yes, it has. The point of race was to put emphasis on differing groups of people, in order to split them apart. Like class, political affiliations, sexual orientation, and cultural differences, race has been used to put people against each other for I don't know how long. Race has been used to unite people for all of the wrong reasons, to be used as a unifying factor against non-whites. Just look at the US, for example. For the longest time, European immigrants (Spaniards, Poles, Germans, Irish, any kind of European Jewish people, etc) were treated like shit because of their poor English, their ethnic background, them not being "pure" or previous definitions of "white people" (over the past century or so, more and more people not previously considered white, but fit the general description, have been filed under white when it comes to the population consensus and any sort of documentation, why? Likely some consistently perpetuated ideal that there have ever been "races", and that anyone of a certain race is considered lesser beings, or superior if the positions were switched.) even their lack of wealth attracted harsh reactions from those more fortunate, or those more often than not being of British/English descent (since the British did do a good job at exploring the globe and partaking in all sorts of trade with other people). But yeah, focusing solely on race, other currently "white" people were once treated like shit for whatever reason, and other people (specifically non-whites like black people, asians, hispanics) got it even worse. The way they were all treated gave light to patterns of treatment based on race (just like how it's done based on political affiliation or differing cultures), and so people would give each other shit for that. This usually leads to a mindset of "at least I'm not black/white/yellow/red/etc", often to demean someone else if they mention something specifically offensive to a certain group of people. It's in our nature to choose a side, regardless of the scenario, and when it comes to race almost everyone chooses a color to go with. Race has been used to bring some people together (all of the rich, posh, ruling class Americans), and tear others apart for all the wrong reasons (all of the impoverished, working class or poor non-whites. Again, specifically pertaining to the US here, but I'm sure similar patterns have occurred in other parts of the globe). I'd explain more, but I'm tired and can't really think straight.
I don't think popular modern artists have contributed anything to music, other than demonstrating what complete shitheads they are.
I thought the Section 8 games were awesome.
Skyward sword was alright
I don't think popular modern artists have contributed anything to music, other than demonstrating what complete shitheads they are.
What do you mean by contributing to music?
first person platforming is not hard if you make your controls right.
I think Alice: Madness Returns handles that fairly well. She can jump several times in a row and has a dash ability you can use in mid air. Throughout the entire game I had few issues with the platforming until I got to the dollhouse area with the giant swings moving back and forth. The only reason that was an issue is simply because the field of view wasn't wide enough so it was difficult to judge when you should try to get past a given swing.
I don't think popular modern artists have contributed anything to music, other than demonstrating what complete shitheads they are.
tell me about how ur favourite bands are pink floyd and the beatles
dobby did 9/11
But Dobby is a good house elf. We're not thinking of the same dude, are we? [editline]26th September 2014[/editline]
Skyward sword was alright
Aside from the assy motion controls, Fi being the worst companion since Navi, and the pointer having to be realigned every time you use it, I thought Skyward Sword was a really good game.
Still some of my fucking favorite games though, oh my shitty titties do I love them.
all i've been doing in school today and yesterday has been playing metroid fusion on my phone [sp]this spider boss is worse than hitler[/sp]
I don't feel like I'm playing as a bounty hunter in the metroid games, more like a future pest control officer
Funnily enough, Retro actually tried to make a game about bounty hunting before, until they realized that Nintendo's definition of a bounty hunter was more akin to a pro-bono hunter.
Samus really isn't about the money, a truth that confused the developer -- and me, upon hearing this story -- when it presented Nintendo a gameplay design that appealed to Aran's chosen occupation. "We were looking for something more along the lines of a mission-based game where Samus collected bounties. And for the life of us we couldn't understand why [Nintendo was] being so resistive to that concept. And then over the period of days we came to understand that their definition of a bounty hunter is not a bounty hunter. It is not someone who brings in bad guys for money. That concept was completely outside of their definition," says Walker. Nintendo told Retro that Samus does not actually take bounties for those she hunts. (Someone should tell Nintendo that Aran has officially been labeled a bounty hunter for two decades now, a slight inconsistency.) "So we started joking that Samus was actually a pro-bono hunter. And occasionally we'll run into those nuances of translation and culture that can sometimes derail us for days."

I really don't get the fascination with them, they lookfucking retarded.
Them looking silly is part of the charm! I'm honestly not sure why I love pugs so much, I think it's the wrinkles
