I think folk rock and indie rock, personally, are much more enjoyable to listen to than anything else.
That's part of what I am saying. People should be able to choose, not just assume certain unspoken rules. Glad we can agree!
Well you're saying that it's harming society by hindering progress, and I'm saying nuclear families are perfectly fine.
I think Axe body spray and the many different kinds it comes in all smell nice. Just as long as it isn't used in excess.
Ruffle Chips are lame.
Well you're saying that it's harming society by hindering progress, and I'm saying nuclear families are perfectly fine.
Well, it does, in the sense that chivalry and things alike don't allow us to explore these different possibilities, when we can just settle for what's traditional, right? If people are campaigning for equality now, from all perspectives, man and woman, there is a desire for change, but that "nuclear family" tradition undermines it.
I know that Might No. 9 is old news (for those of you that don't know, it was a kickstarter game that's currently in production and is being produced by Keiji Inafune, a man who was involved with almost every Megaman game), but I just stumbled across something about it and began to realize that Mighty No. 9 pisses me the fuck off for a variety of reasons. For one, it's essentially just a Megaman clone. This wouldn't irritate me so much if it wasn't for the fact that it raised over 4 million dollars on kickstarter. Gamers today don't stop bitching about how they wan't something new and creative, but there they were throwing their money at a clone of platformer games from the 80's and 90's. Also it felt so pretentious to me. Why? Because even though the game still isn't out yet, Keiji Inafune is already planning for movies, mangas, animes, TV dramas etc. This is the kind of thing I hear people moan about constantly, how devs focus on marketability before the game's even out. Another thing that gamers cry out about but seemingly don't care as long as they get another megama- oh I mean the brand new IP Mighty No. 9 is the fact that they're already planning DLC, and not only that, but they made a second kickstarter just to fund said DLC. TL;DR, The game seems to offer nothing new, and in fact does multiple things that gamers claim hurts the industry, but said gamers seem to turn a blind eye to it whenever their beloved childhood developers do the same.
I never understood the arguments that people make for why Sega should give up on Sonic. They always say "it's a tired concept that other people have done better", but they never say who and when, Sega's only made one or two good Sonic games in the last ten years and I've only seen one other game that even tried, and it was a kickstarter.
i never understand the arguments that people make against other peoples music taste. Like i know ive stated what i dislike but i never tell somebody that likes them that they are stupid or dumb.
futurama is nowhere near as good as the collective seems to be making it out to be
i never understand the arguments that people make against other peoples music taste. Like i know ive stated what i dislike but i never tell somebody that likes them that they are stupid or dumb.
imo criticizing music based on its lyrics and ethos is fair game, but if it's a bad song because "it sounds gay" or something like that then whoever is saying it is just stupid.

Nicki minaj is actually a pretty smart land witty lyricist. She gets WAY more hate than she deserves, and I mean that from all angles. She's easily one of the most talented rappers in the mainstream circles. And she's a clever and inspiration person with a lot of great things to say. It annoys me when people hate on her.

Good rebuttal
Good rebuttal
Good luck having an opinion like that where the general consensus of the website is that pop is trash. To add to this, you can't talk about Nicki without mentioning Monster.
Yea Monster is iconic-- nicki tears up every song she's ever featured on her technical skill is top fucking notch untouchable but nah she's just famous for her ass right :-)
Isn't she, like, a super nice person off stage?
Isn't she, like, a super nice person off stage?
I watched The Other Woman and she was in that and shes actually pretty funny. Also she is pretty cool. I just think her lyrics/songs are shit.
American pop stars aren't as good as the rest of the world's America hasn't produced someone brilliant like Stromae (except that new hunger games song where they just got some randoms to rap over an instrumental he had in his album last year)
For one, it's essentially just a Megaman clone.
Uh... Did you miss the entire point of the game?? It being essentially a Mega Man clone is the point. Plenty of people aren't fans of where Capcom is taking the series including Keiji Inafune who is one of the series' creators. So he did what was within his grasp for rectifying that which was creating his own Mega Man style game.

Probably one of the best out there in terms of flow.

I also hate it when people act like just because you are enthusiastic about unpopular music you are obsessed with it, I get weird looks when I try to show people hip hop I like. I don't think it's racism but weird closed minded attitude people have towards the music itself, saying it's not a product of talent or that it's all the same, I used to be like that and it's kind of beyond me why anyone'd think that. Compare Kayne to Lil Wayne, compare Kendrick Lamar to Eminem, compare NWA to Snoop Dogg. It's a really diverse genre.
I have tried to get into hip hop, but I just can't. I'm not saying it's inherently bad or anything, it's just not my thing at all.
I'm the same with metal, the loudness of it really off puts me. Even though that's the point.
I'm the same with metal, the loudness of it really off puts me. Even though that's the point.
not all metal is loud
So since it's Thanksgiving; I hate sports, and also I've never really liked turkey at all.
So since it's Thanksgiving; I hate sports, and also I've never really liked turkey at all.
We need to inject you with pure FREEDOM stat.
So since it's Thanksgiving; I hate sports, and also I've never really liked turkey at all.
Pumpkin pie is the best part of Thanksgiving by far.
On the topic of Cannibal Corpse, the whole image(gore, violence and what not)'s novelty kind of wore off very quickly(for me anyway)
So since it's Thanksgiving; I hate sports, and also I've never really liked turkey at all.
If you don't like turkey, you're probably eating white meat. Honestly, I don't know why anybody would pick white turkey meat, or white meat in general, over the superior dark meat master race (unless they're on a fucking insane diet). That shit is as dry as the Sahara Desert mid-summer. I'd rather swim 100 laps through a pool filled with razor blades and lemon juice than stick one piece of that inside my mouth. Words cannot even BEGIN to describe how much I hate the mere existence of white meat. Fuck white meat.
