we can all agree that 'two' should not be pronounced that way
I used to hate on Game Grumps a lot, but several months back I watched an episode or two, and now I'm a full-time fan. Same deal with Pewdiepie. EDIT: Well not really. Pewdiepie is incredibly obnoxious, but sometimes at the end of a really long day a bit of yelling and randumb humor is exactly what you need.

Not hating or anything, I personally can't get into them anymore. I can barely watch the PvZ and am pretty impressed anybody can :v:
I don't know really. I watch Youtubers like GG, Markiplier, Uberhaxornova, Jacksepticeye, Cryaotic, etc, just for the sake of watching it something. And the occasionally funny moments, those can be quite entertaining at times. It's basically my version of cable TV. Other people make popcorn and watch television, I grab some crackers and watch Youtube.
[del]Sometimes I feel like Valve gets to much praise for the very little they've done game wise. I understand they are a big deal and I've liked the company very much for a long time, however I feel like some of the effort and quality they put into their games is lack luster at time.[/del] EDIT: Let me reword this part and a few parts toward the end, as I feel this is more directed with my distaste for the new TF team and not valve. I feel that TF team isn't as good with maintaining TF2 in terms of quality over the years. Each new update seems lack luster in comparison to the last. Overall I see what could have been a great and memorable addition in each update, but also see what we actually got much like buying a single set of fireworks. Its loud and flashy but only last for a little while, and when its done you wish you had gotten more. My main issue with this comes from how TF2 has been handled in the recent years. Since the summer, they broke one of the game's weapons and all of its smoothing has vanished making the gun looks like a blocky wood cut out. This fucking bugs the shit out of me and in any other game studio something this bad wouldn't be in for more than a few days. Its been nearly six months and its still fucked up. Not to mention the seeming lack of quality control going on with stuff taken from the workshop. I've had no problems with any item that has gotten in the game over the years as all the stuff they've picked for inclusion has matched the "valve quality" they've produced for the game over the years. But with the last Halloween update (Which was a huge let down that seemingly had a bigger part to play, as told behind the scenes in the games assets) one of the most abysmal items were included from the workshop. This awful mess: [t]https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/8/87/Steamworkshop_tf2_rabbit_hat_thumb.jpg?t=20141030001505[/t] Some one at valve sifted through HUNDREDS of potential Halloween items submitted and chose that. How on earth could something of this quality get in the game? This thing is bad on so many levels. The model is shit and doesn't jive with the rest of the game, and the texture is vomit. This thing was put up in July 2012, and in the 2 years it was up the guy never attempted to make it look better any way. This is an amateurs first model and doesn't deserve to be paid for this shit. I almost feel like Valve's work structure of "move freely to whatever project you want to at the time" harms the TF2 side a bit. Its good to be able to help work on, work with other employees, and test new things. But I feel its bad in the sense that it doesn't make anyone dedicate their time to one thing to make it the best that it can be, and those that make great stuff for TF2 can shift away from it, and leave with those less experienced with it giving them the task to match what has been made the TF2 standard. I'm seeing lazier and lazier work coming from a game that drew me in with its quality, now I'm being handed three week old leftovers from the employee lounge fridge. Cold, gross, and was good at an earlier point in time.
It annoys me when Americans tell the English how they should say/write their own language.
bleo is not spelled colour get it together Modern English
bleo is not spelled colour get it together Modern English
It's not spelled "modern", it's "moudern"
we can all agree that 'two' should not be pronounced that way
what the fuck does this even mean, how do you pronounce it
On the topic of weed: i hate being offered weed and saying no because i have a shit lung and i can't smoke anything without getting pneumothorax and automatically a squad of stoners tell me "BUT ITS GOOD FOR U" this has happened multiple times [editline]6th December 2014[/editline] well i missed page 420 i guess
Oh god I feel you I have really bad asthma so smoking anything would basically be suicide for me, and yet i've had stoner friends get mega assertive and try to get me to smoke that stuff anyway Like jesus fuck I said no shut the fuck up
what the fuck does this even mean, how do you pronounce it
He's suggesting that the W should not be pronounced. I've never heard anyone do that before, but it's probably just as retarded and infuriating as someone pronouncing the W in "sword".
nno one pronounces it anyway lol
strawberry flavored things are gross.
Postal 1 is a far, far better game then Postal 2. Postal 2 is pretty unfunny (In my opinion, of course) and it's just not as interested as the first game. The first game is genuinely fucked up and creepy with the between-level music (if you can call it that) and backgrounds.
Postal 1 is far too edgy for my taste, and its controls are garbage.
As far as gameplay goes, Postal 1 and 2 are different games.
as games they are also different games, one is 1 and the other is 2
Watermelon flavored things are gross.
I doun't like when brits spell color as colour, it annouys me.
I doun't like when brits spell color as colour, it annouys me.
Thanks for the input Douge. [editline]6th December 2014[/editline] Wait, shit.
To be fair the British spelling of some words is pretty nonsensical. Some are cool though, like tyre. I mean why spell center, "centre", alternatively why write theater as "threatre"? What is with all the silent u's?
We spell loads of words with "re" at the end, why did you guys feel the need to switch them? Usually adding "er" to the end of a word makes it an action, a hunter hunts, a worker works. A centre doesn't cent, a theatre doesn't theat.
I still don't get whats all this hype about the word "Color/Colour" why is everyone worrying about how some country's spell their words now? It's honestly been spelled different ways for certain country's for years now, What so special about it now?
this stuff has been argued about for longer than you've been alive, it isn't new and I don't know where you're getting that idea from
Recently in over 4 threads I've seen people argue about it, Before that I didn't see 1 person bring it up for over a year as to why I'm wondering
Since we're arguing about American and British English, let me just throw this one in: The American pronunciation of lieutenant makes infinitely more sense than the British one. Seriously how do you even look at "lieut" and think it's pronounced "left"?
yea and apparently colonel is pronounced kernel... I hope whoever came up with army ranking names/spellings got fired
who gives a fucking shit how shit is pronounced or spelt shut the fuck up
bruh did u forget to post on page 420, sounds like u need to chill?
i need my dank sorry

Some English English words are weird (like lieutenant) and some American English words are weird (like route).
yea and apparently colonel is pronounced kernel... I hope whoever came up with army ranking names/spellings got fired
Actually I can answer this one. It was originally an Italian word, adapted to French, then adapted to English. French can actually be blamed for any stupid thing within English, spellings and weird ass rules. Thanks William the Conqueror for forever changing a language.
