So everyone is posting "oh i cant wake up early".
Look, waking up early is way better than waking up late. As they say: "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise."
For some of us it's not a matter of going to bed early and rising early though. I've always had pretty severe insomnia issues my entire life and even when I was still in school I would go to bed at 9pm, fall asleep between 1am and 4am, then get up at 7am. And that definitely affected my performance at any task I did because I was basically sleep deprived 24/7.
But to be fair, sleeping 8+ hours isn't healthy tho :P
what? i thought 8-9 hours was healthy

I can use an alarm to prevent myself from waking too late easily. But too early leaves me drained and disengaged for the whole day without too much to do immediately about it.
Taco Bell tastes better than Chipotle.
I liked Gone Girl more than Fight Club as far as David Fincher movies go.
I think Fight Club has the most charm, but I honestly think Fincher's other films are all better critically. Well, excluding a few...
Aren't you supposed to sleep for 8 hours?
It's actually 7.5 or 9 is the recommended amount. (8.25 might also be a valid number but I forget off the top of my head if a full sleep cycle is 45 or 90 minutes.) The exact amount per person can also vary a fair bit as well.
I actually enjoyed Gone Home and I feel like it gets way too much undeserved hatred.
Gone Home receives so much undeserved hate because it received so much undeserved praise.
I don't think Uncle Grandpa is as terrible as everyone says it is.
Games like Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls, and Gone Home aren't the pinnacles of storytelling in gaming. I don't know why but whenever you start talking extreme story focus as opposed to combat or gameplay focus or whatever, those get placed on a pedestal. But they really just, aren't. There are a lot of games that do that shit way, way better, and the kicker is they usually have more fun gameplay to boot.

On average, between 7 and 9 (usually 8.5). Sleep cycles are 90 minutes.
Source: a godamn psych assignment that, ironically, made it so that I didn't sleep at all Sunday.

That kind of style really doesn't take advantage of what games offer in comparison with movies. Interactivity (I dunno about beyond two souls though).
I loved Prometheus
I really really don't like Binding of Isaac.

Well in the case of Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls, and Indigo Prophecy, it's because interactivity is the last thing in David Cage's mind, because he wants them to be movies. He wants them to be movies really bad. And I won't debate this because the motherfucker is so blatant about it that he called 'New Game' 'New Movie'. Easiest way to make it like a movie is to minimize any interaction, so quick time events. Oh, and in BTS it's worse than ever. Because "game overs are a failure of the game designer" you literally cannot lose at BTS, ever, as far as I'm aware.
In any case, the stories of all the Sadness games and Gone Home just, well, suck. They're either riddled with holes and stupid shit or just basic or just boring.
Borderlands weak point is def that singleplayer is boring af. You really need a friend to make it enjoyable
Welcome to Night Vale was really boring and i do not understand the love for it.
I really don't understand what the hype is over WtNV. I listened to the first ten minutes of it and almost fell asleep. Is the whole series supposed to sound like a droning, endless radio broadcast of "spooky town in the middle of bumfuck nowhere with abnormal activities treated as normal by its citizens"? How do people find that interesting?
I don't like Harry Potter.
I liked Gone Girl more than Fight Club as far as David Fincher movies go.
i can't get past the ending of gone girl
i know it was probably for the best but god damn it left a sour taste in my mouth
fantasy > scifi
fantasy is too easy
Fantasy could be better if we could move on from the Tolkien style and just be more creative than that. It includes preferably less pompous, golden, tree-hugging [del]Nazis[/del] "elves" strutting about, no matter how cool they can be.
Dunmer will always be the coolest elves.
fantasy > scifi
Fantasy is often a bit more stale than sci fi, but I still prefer it. The best kind of sci-fi imo is the kind that lets go of logic and pretty much just goes "this happens because... uh.. science" rather than constraining itself.
Dunmer will always be the coolest elves.
And Imperial will always be the best class
get money, fuck bitches, get money, drink skooma, get money, unlock chests, get money, kill a chicken, get money, etc.
repeat get money, [x], get money, [y] cycle and that's Imperial in a nutshell

I like Elder Scrolls fantasy, and only Elder Scrolls fantasy.
I think Super Smash Bros is quite overrated in a way. I never enjoyed it that much to be honest, I get bored so easily when playing it even with friends. I understand the appeal though but I don't understand why I don't like it. It's just shallow.

Dwemer are runner up
The movie 300 was vastly overrated, to the point where I find it boring and actually mildly annoying.

aww I thought 300 had the one of the most badass endings in the world. Right when they reveal the huge army of Spartans... hnnnnngh
