Nvidia cards don't run that hot.
Speak for yourself. I can't play my games during the daytime (summer) without risking an overheat causing my drivers to crash and lock up my game.
People don't realize how insignificant they are. When you think about it, there been 10 billion others before you. Furthermore, the universe is incomprehensibly large, almost infinite and one human being is literally nothing. These thoughts constantly swirl around my head and stop me from accomplishing anything.
I like over rated, cheesy and old ass movies like Army of Darkness and those kind of movies. I'm the only one in my family who does.

Now I feel like an idiot
I think DayZ is terribly overrated and not a good mod. The concept is nice but the execution is such horrible. It's clunky and unpolished. I can understand that it's a mod, nevertheless I don't get the hype around it. Also I don't have high hopes for the new full game of DayZ.
They're improving the clunkiness I think, but they're adding too much other bullshit than focusing on zombie survival horror. The developers and community seem happy to ditch that concept despite that being what made it popular in the first place. Go figure. [editline]30th June 2013[/editline] They need to just make a zombie survival sandbox game that's singleplayer so you don't have to deal with the stupid people who play it. Being alone is more scary anyways.
I like this video
Many on the right display a blind cognitive dissonance which pretty much equates to "If they have success they built it. If they failed, the government ruined it for them. If they get a break, they deserve it. If you get a break, it's a handout and an entitlement." Fucking morons.
Ocarina of Time is the worst of the 3d Zelda games and Twilight Princess is the best.
I like Ashley in Mass Effect, I find it a bit stupid how people hate her so much.
jews are behind everything
Mentally retarded/disabled people who have no chance of ever contributing to society should not be able to benefit from aid programs. All they're doing is sucking up money that will never be returned in the form of a job or anything like that.
There aren't really enough Japanese games on the PC, though I can understand why we rarely see any spectacle fighters.
There aren't really enough Japanese games on the PC, though I can understand why we rarely see any spectacle fighters.
At least not in English. There's plenty in Japanese. Although luckily for me my favorite Japanese game series (Ys) has been localized on Steam. I'd prefer it not on Steam but at least it's somewhere I can buy them.
The Onion has really gone downhill lately.
Kickstarter is used too often and in a bad way: Sometimes it's not even needed for a project, because the initiators already have the funds available but want to exploit unknowing donors (why take our own funds when we can take it from others?), the initiators usually ask for an unneeded amount of funds, hiring people to do work they could've done themselves, they allow excess money to go through, ending up with thousands to millions of pocket money for the lucky peeps who 'helped develop the project' and they sometimes refuse to implement some of the most basic features (cross-platform support for example) if they do not get excess funds. Good things can come from crowd funding like purchasing software development kits that cost more than the developer can afford, but when he gets one million dollars to purchase that thousand dollar development kit it turns into an unethical practice. Most (indie) games did not need a $100,000+ budget before Kickstarter appeared, but now that they have the opportunity to squeeze money out of people in return for a product they would've made anyway, it's hard to not give it at least a try. Even if it fails the product will still be made, just not with some extra cash for the developers.

Regardless, I imagine that Broken Age will be as good as the backers are expecting it to be.
The thing about Half Life was that the sequel was very good at storytelling and it had some occasionally great writing, but the gameplay wasn't really fun. The levels were ridiculously linear and the combat was pretty bad.
The thing about Half Life was that the sequel was very good at storytelling and it had some occasionally great writing, but the gameplay wasn't really fun. The levels were ridiculously linear and the combat was pretty bad.
Well back in 2004, linear levels were pretty common in FPSs and most games in general. I only had maybe 5 or 6 open world games in 2004-2005, but I played on consoles at the time so that made a big difference. Also, I think the combat is fine. What did you dislike about it?

But a linear game can be quite fun if it's a good experience, Half Life was a pretty good example of how to do a linear game, it gave players room to breath in levels, but it still followed a single path, also I found the combat fine for an FPS of that age.
As much as I hate Mecha the Slag, I really can't wait to see how A Hat in Time develops. One of the examples of "hate the person, love the work".

Don't get me wrong, I loved every minute of The Last of Us and the story was well told and the characters very well developed. But, at least in my opinion, I feel like the story could have had more thought behind it. I'm usually terrible at predicting plots, but I predicted every damn thing that happened in that game's story. It was so uncanny, I felt like I was spoiling important parts for myself just by thinking about it too much.
The Serious Sam games are the most boring and uninteresting games I have ever played. I cannot go more then half an hour without doing something else.

I have no respect for people who build in creative mode in Minecraft.
I have no respect for people who build in creative mode in Minecraft.
Why? Some people just want to build without having to worry about wasting time grinding for resources or killing enemies.
