Maybe I have been bad with my wording.
But that is the stance I have.
(It started with me trying to debate what an opinion is. (Which is why I brought up music in the first place))
he's agreeing with you
he's agreeing with you
The "but you need to accept that not everyone thinks the way you do" in a reply to my post confused me then.

he was using the third person form of 'you' informally

English suddenly got a lot more confusing.
I think anyone who labels another person/group by a brand (e.g. faggot, homophobe, bigot, libtard, etc...) is a detriment to the attempt of progressing society and should not be praised. Fighting hate with more hate is just a good way to make more hate.

you are straight-up level headed, but you've made a few posts in this thread that are very hateful, because they mainly snuff out and disregard the *hows* and *whys* of several issues behind transgenderism

It's like fighting water with water.

Hey, nobody's perfect.
Toy story 3 was extremely "meh" and people who talk about the ending being super emotional sound like crybabies
Seriously, no kid going off to college would give that much of a shit about his old toys, much less make an extremely scripted speech about each one of them and their "bravery" or some shit.
People's opinions are a result of many different things. Upbringing, life experience, ect.
Expecting them to change their opinion to one you find acceptable is pretty ignorant, even if their opinions may be harmful.
Expecting them to change their opinion is ignorant but that doesn't mean you are obligated to accept their opinion. If their opinion is one that has been known to rather often cause people physical harm then it's not okay and they need to be pressured into keeping said opinion to themselves. It's no different than homophobia which has had exactly that happen in a lot of places.

To be fair I've talked to Kartoffel through PMs about transgenderism. He definitely doesn't empathize with transgender people but I don't think he's the sort of person who would actively discriminate against them either. Also he's fairly badly worded at least one post which is what sparked my discussion with him.
Classical music is predictable
Classical music is predictable
but so is the majority of music.
but so is the majority of music.
Ill agree, I just cant listen to classical music anymore. It became to mundane and repetative, more so than dubstep to my ears.

By classical, I take it you mean people such as Dvorak and Mozart, correct? [sp]Even Gymnopedists? Now that's sad. [/sp]
If so, you've yet to even scratch the surface of classical.
Pacific Rim was rad as fuck and the people who give it shit for being "cheesy" are missing the point and/or have a huge stick up their ass.

I played classical piano for about 13 years, various artists. I switched to drums, then to bass, and now im a few months into learning guitar. Fun stuff.

Oh, then that's a different perspective from mine... and I understand your point. After playing several songs from the same era, they must sound relatively close.

UNpopular opinions. I'm pretty sure 90% of the people who actually SAW pacific rim fuckin loved pacific rim
UNpopular opinions
Alright, time to shine! :v:
Pacific Rim was little more than a really really long FX reel and had little to no plot which is why I was not at all interested in watching it, and probably never will (just like Avatar which, although it had a plot, still sucked in my book).

I guess I've been unlucky then. A lot of people I know were saying it was bad because it was too corny.
like these posts. normally fandom jokes are rated dumb and flamed at, but people always rate warhammer jokes positively.

Because maybe is a real good game? Is just like metal gear jokes.

his point is that the joke in itself is overtly shallow and stupid
his point is that the joke in itself is overtly shallow and stupid
Well yes they are, but since they are memorable games people just like those lame jokes.
I think cheesy jokes are hilarious.
I like the older Fallout games better then the new ones. And I was actually quite disappointed about Fallout: New Vegas, even with the constant old game references. Lets hope for a good Fallout 4.

you haven't probably grown up with toy story if the third chapter doesn't make you nostalgic.
I enjoyed Mass Effect 2 more than the first one.
I dunno
I think Counter-Strike Global Offensive is just majorly a graphics overhaul.
For some reason It was easier for me to understand than Counter strike Source.

I agree with your second sentence, but I seriously disagree with your first.
I thought Super Metroid was an incredibly dull game. Not bad, just overrated to shit for something so basic
