drinking is overrated
drinking is overrated
Drinking is underrated. Being drunk is overrated. I can't for the life of me understand paying for an alcoholic drink and then trying as hard as you can not to taste it.
I'm indifferent about Assassin's Creed, don't like it, don't hate it, just don't care about it.
I think TF2 is actually good
i actually like mountain dew
i actually like mountain dew
How does it tastes?
How does it tastes?
It tastes like acid, but it ain't bad.
Could somebody please explain to me the whole transgender thing? I have a hard time understanding why you would want to mess with your hormones and genitals just to be the opposite sex. In my opinion, that sounds like a mental issue, but the popular opinion on Facepunch is that it is perfectly acceptable. There must be something I'm missing about the topic, so could someone elaborate on it?

It's sort of like being gay. It's just something that happens and that people cannot control.

i like rap music better than daft punk i'd rather listen to ice cube than "AROUND THE WORLD AROUND THE WORLD AROUND THE WORLD AROUND THE WORLD AROUND THE WORLD"
How does it tastes?
Very sweet and very acidic. And I prefer things like that so that's why I like it. I bet more people on FP would like it if it weren't connected so ravenously with dudebro gamers
I prefer fullscreen monitors instead of wide.
I prefer subbed over dubbed anime
I prefer subbed over dubbed anime
I'm fairly sure that's not unpopular. For some reason like 90% of the people I know prefer their anime in a language they don't even speak because it somehow sounds better.

If it's dubbed well I'd happily watch it though.
most dubs are terrible, it's pretty hard to mess up subs. If it's dubbed well I'd happily watch it though.
I dunno, for me the simple fact I don't have to read what's going on is enough to outweigh almost any subs.
Going to the beach is not fun.
If you don't own a DVD of your favorite movie, you can't call it your favorite movie
If you don't own a DVD of your favorite movie, you can't call it your favorite movie
How about a VHS with a working VCR? Get on my level.
If you don't own a DVD of your favorite movie, you can't call it your favorite movie
What about a blu-ray of it? Cause that's the only format I have mine in. :v:
I think we can safely say he meant a physical, legally obtained copy
I don't hate jews.
I think people who jack off to loli are all pedos.
The STALKER community is a pain in the ass. Certain rules that you have to abide by when playing, certain mods that make you a noob idiot etc if you use them, and generally anything that doesn't fuck you over ingame is considered uncool. They're very elitist
I think being a pedophile isn't inherently wrong, yes child molesters are disgusting, but I find myself feeling sorry for people who aren't monsters who'll rape children, but have urges which will get them labeled horrible by todays society and make them feel like a perverted freak of nature. Imagine being a teenager in the situation, the self hatred that could develop is painful to think about. I also think for that reason Loli porn is harmless, it's very, very weird yes, but at least it's a way of dealing with that sexual urge without hurting a child.
Thug Notes, All of these human individuals are annoying as all hell and should be terminated. Providing "Youtube entertainment" my asshole.
What's wrong with Thug Notes? Sure, he glazes over a lot of important points in every novel he goes over, but it's an amusing way to put a novel into extremely simple terms that a student would otherwise have trouble understanding.
I also think, that while horrible, discriminatory conservative Religious people, and stupid feminists who call everything rape exist, we should not act like they are anything but a loud obnoxious minority, in movements of which the former is rapidly starting to accept things like Abortion rights, LBGT people and freedom within religion and the latter is still fighting a battle against the oversexualisation of women in media and women not earning the same as men in the workplace. I'm close friends, with a Christian who uses the idea of God and Jesus as something to look to in hard times, and also as guidance on avoiding things that it really isn't good to get into, he supports LGBT rights, although I must admit, until a few debates he wasn't sure about Transgenders and doesn't hate people because of there religion or lack thereof, or personal views. In general I think that a lot of Atheists need to learn to be more tolerant, and stop generalising mass groups of people based on a handful of complete idiots, obviously I believe the same of Religious people of the same intolerant state of mind, but that I believe is a rather popular belief.
Oh yes and because I'm making some rather heavy commentary on religion, and discrimination and teen depression, I'll throw out a less serious opinion. Saints row the third is way better than Just Cause 2, combat is less irritating I found the health in Just Cause 2 not regaining after a certain level annoying more than anything, and I also hated how little ammo there was, without sitting through the black market guy's cutscene, there's a greater variety of vehicles and better gunplay while driving, missions are more interesting, they try more ambitious events during them and don't feel quite as stock as Just Cause 2, it's far more customizable, I could be a Riddler look alike, a man running about dressed like a whore, a giant bunny rabbit, a soda can mascot, I can also customize my car to suit me, as opposed to just using whatever one I find. The guns feel more satisfying to use, and feel a lot less weedy than Just Cause 2, there's also a fair few more of them, and it's always great to be allowed to carry them all, Steelport while not holding as much as Just Cause 2's overworld, has less to travel around in, and a fair few interesting sights of it's own. I must admit though, Just Cause 2 looks a bit better in my opinion, and the voice acting is hilarious and does good to the B-Movie stylings of the game. [editline]18th July 2013[/editline]
Obviously anyone who goes around attacking religious people or insults them isn't going to accomplish anything and is being an idiot - but you kinda have to remember that atheists pretty much spent the last couple thousand years being, essentially, tortured and then executed on the spot by religious people for their opinions. This picture sums up my thoughts in a way. I will link it because if I tag it it will probably count as a macro. There is a reason why some non-religious people are hesitant about being tolerant sometimes. There. A counter-argument and an unpopular opinion all-in-one.
True there is a lot of prejudice against us in the past, but it's important to try and be the better person and move past that, and understand that Religious people today are very far from Religious people of the past, otherwise it'll result in a stalemate of no progress made in mutual understanding.
