GTA IV sucks
I just think it's boring. Uninspiring gunplay, lack of anything fun to do, lack of immersive animation (Like seriously, stop walking casually around while 20 guys are gunning you down). Sure it might have a good story but it's just dull in terms of gameplay.
I find it hard to care about Let's Play at all on Youtube anymore, because it just seems to entirely be based around creating mini celebrities and the WACKY person playing it, as opposed to an enthusiastic person showing off a game they think is cool.

AGDQ and people like Markiplier are good examples of this

I think that the Big Bang theory is an awful show and it should be cancelled.
I honestly think most of the hate The Big Bang Theory gets is just bandwagoning, I've never heard a single person give a rational argument for disliking it, and even then humor is entirely subjective so I don't understand why it gets so much hate. Seriously, disliking a show because your friends dislike it because some guy on the internet dislikes it is not a valid reason to want its creator and cast flayed alive.
I think that the Big Bang theory is an awful show and it should be cancelled.
This isn't unpopular on Facepunch. Everyone here loves getting worked up over whatever is popular among their peers.
I do think there may be a bit of a double standard when it comes to criticism of games that are too much like Call of Duty. There are certainly franchises, such as Deadrising where Call of Duty elements are inappropriate, but a military game that developers put their hearts into can be satisfying experiences. Twitch shooters, as much as I love them, such as Painkiller and Bulletstorm, seem to be immune from the same criticism for being too much like Doom. But then again, twitch shooters/Doom clones haven't been common since the 90's, and I was too young to notice if there was. While I don't understand bronies and furries, I think it's wrong to bully and judge them, and it's extremely hypocritical to do that if you're a geek of something yourself. I know that's not an opinion that's likely to spawn flames or anything, I do wish more people would say it, and more often.
I criticize games like Call of Duty over Doom simply because I really don't enjoy them. Doom was good, I actually liked Bulletstorm despite its issues, played Call of Duty 4 and got a ways through it before getting stuck due to the game glitching but didn't particularly enjoy it u p to that point either. I also don't like the Half-life series, it's just not very good in my opinion. And I do like the Serious Sam games although later in the game, even on easy difficulties, they tend to get really absurdly hard. I also think DNF was okay but is simply looked down on because there was no way it could possibly live up to the levels of hype that built up around it over the years. (Although I never particularly cared for Duke Nukem 3d and such anyways, always just felt somewhat off to me.) Also I fairly strongly agree with that second part in the quote too.
I like bad puns.
I think that the Big Bang theory is an awful show and it should be cancelled.
the people who watch that show are the people who are like "oh em gee I am such a NERD lms if u agree" aka the scum of the planet
The Big Bang Theory has some of the most predictable humour I've ever seen in a TV show.
"I'm playing Super Mario 64 on a poorly coded emulator" This is seriously a quote from the show. Why the hell would you play a game on a poorly-coded emulator with so many well-known and full-functioning ones out there? That makes absolutely no sense.
I don't get why people think skeletons are spooky, because nothing with like no eyeballs could ever truly be scary. I mean, the only reason why people are scared of ghosts is because they got fucking three eyeballs. I would stare into the empty sockets of a skull all day long before I ever make eye contact with a fucking ghost.
Snoop Dogg's Rastafarian "enlightenment" is ridiculously contentious and offensive. This isn't something I'm saying after listening to one song from his "Reggae" album either, the documentary on his "enlightenment" revolved around him visiting a couple of Reggae artists and smoking weed at various locations on the island whilst reminiscing about some of his past misdeeds (even though some of the documentary was genuinely heartwarming). He doesn't appear to learn anything about the culture and goes straight for the clichéd "weed, Bob Marley and love" perception of the Rastafari movement, merely choosing to pick certain aspects to adopt into his new persona. For example, during the entire trip he's kitted out in Adidas tracksuits and shiny chains (which contradicts the Rastafari rejection of materialism). The same applies to how he created his album which features the tedious "smoke weed, praise jah and love your fellow man" theme presented throughout his "conversion". The entire experience feels like a massive commercial exercise to keep him in the spotlight a little while longer. Say what you want to about his gangster Rap material but at least it was honest stuff, I treat his Reincarnated album with much skepticism.
I love Snoops first Album so much, he was a genius back then. Every track was amazing. The new stuff is pretty bad.
Chrono Trigger is mediocre in my opinion. So many 90s Nicks hyping about it, yet I found it quite boring.

I never liked George Carlin at all. I think he was an angry, cynical asshole. It annoys me to no end when people quote him as if he was some sort of genius or intellectual.
I really like Assassin´s Creed 3,it feels preety fresh IMO,not to mention the naval combat which is incredibly fun. Though they did screw up the multiplayer.
Most videogames that claim to emulate real warfare do nothing of the sort, and instead rely on back-handed or gimmicky game mechanics such as "objective zones" which serve as physical abstractions for otherwise intangible concepts that really only exist in the minds of commanders in real-life. This has unfortunately given rise to a mentality that's spreading like cancer amongst the better half of the milsim/tactical gaming community where the focus of each game is not on kills, but on passing and holding invisible lines of demarcation on a map. Though physical annihilation of the enemy is certainly not the only objective throughout the different levels of warfare, rarely do even the most realistic and in-depth wargames attempt to emulate it beyond the tactical level - the conduct of forces within battle - where killing the enemy certainly is a priority (hence "tactical shooter"). The irony being that, while maneuver (distinct from targeting the enemy with one's weapon systems) is an integral part of the tactical realm, rarely do you see any element of fluidity being applied to the placement of in-game objectives; effectively a game-winning yet tactically-inconsequential mechanic that is divorced from in-game reality. Heh.
I find Scrubs pretty unfunny.

Journalists shouldn't be above the law, no one should.

Knuckles Chaotix was an good game.
