• How Do You Fall Asleep

I don't know actually, first I'm at a dance club, I have a drink and suddenly I wake up on a park bench with my pants on my head.
I don't sleep. EVER! Normally though I take melatonin around 30-45 minutes before I plan on going to bed. It's only partly effective though.

Depends what I have going on the next day. If I have work or school I will go for a walk and sleep on the couch when I get back. Otherwise I listen to a movie on my zune.
Well usually i turn on either side about ten times to be comfortable, when deep down I know I can only get to sleep on my back. So I eventually just lie on my back and walah I go to sleep.
I find it hard to sleep. I'm usually thinking too much, keeps me up. I get like 3-5 hours of sleep most school nights. Other nights I sleep real late (from like, 3am-7am) and wake up real late (3-5pm)
