I don't think this was stated anywhere, but the game in the screenshot is Faces of War. There's a "sequel" called Men of War which is almost exactly the same but with slight improvements, on par with an expansion but released as a separate game for whatever reason. They are both generally overlooked but extremely fun games, especially in co-op mode. You should go get them and play them right now.
