A robot, no, she isn't. She is an Eldar Farseer (think Elves in space), she's a gifted Psyker with tremendous hindsight and foresight, she's also most probably around a few thousands of years old and has seen and experienced more things that an entire planetary Human population would be able to in their life time combined.
