Ive seen the effects of drugs and alcohol first hand so I tend to stay away from it, wow this thread got really off topic. [editline]5th September 2011[/editline] I dont necessarily think that people who have gotten addicted to a drug or drinking and want to stop it before its to late or they dont want it to affect their kids are "idiots". Idiots in the first place for trying but not for being in rehab.
Im saying you kind of have to be stupid for being addicted to a drug because if you use anything, you should research it fully and know what not to do so you don't become addicted. Addiction doesnt happen in an instant.
Addiction can run through genetics. Certain people have a higher chance of being addicting to drugs and alcohol were as others can simply not be addicted.
Some people do have a higher chance but you should find out how addictive your personality is before doing something ridiculously addictive, also there is no such thing as someone who simply cannot be addicted as noone is impervious to physical addiction. Some people just have better will power when stopping.

How would that affect will power? Will power is mental an is not affected by genetics at all.
How would that affect will power? Will power is mental an is not affected by genetics at all.
if you have a weak personality you will have weak will power. And if you inherit some personality traits from your parents than it in tern affects your will power. For example, dominant males that are leaders of tribes will most likely pass it down to their sons who will then lead the tribe. The leadership quality is passed down, so i would assume other personalities would.
How would that affect will power? Will power is mental an is not affected by genetics at all.
Will power is passed down by genetics
Will power is passed down by genetics
I think will power is more mental but the parents have a major effect on your mental stability.
