My dad and i tried shooting off their arms from time to time. Any flood with no arms was kept as a "pet" because it was funny. it just ran at you and stood there like an idiot.

When you enter the boss battle you're at the very top of a giant room slowly sinking downward. All you can see are this motherfuckers eyes in a hole at the bottom. You get kinda close and he fucking lunges and you're jetpacking out of its mouth.

in DS3, you get to watch 2 enemies get absolutely mauled by one. The fight against it starts at about 8 feet away. Survive that and then the game throws 3 at you at the same time :v:

Why did they remove the iconic twist back head and the tentacles and the everything that made them what they were,now they look like something of the dark sector,hell the Infested from warframe look more like the the flood then whatever 343 has done to them.
oh and those fembots from the G-string half-life 2 mod were petty damn unnerving and then those cyber Skeletons...
It's a damn shame what 343 did to the flood. Fluff-wise they're some of the best, if not the best video game enemies I've ever seen.

Cry of Fear's enemies were pretty damn terrifying... until I played the co-op campaign. But, for those first moments... I was literally scared shitless... ESPECIALLY with the chainsaw dudes.
