Seriously though, strength. It's the only one that scales being at 5x, so you could become super buff at the gym and quite possibly be the strongest thing alive.
I want the power to develop new powers.
I'll pick invisibility. The choice least likely to lead to my accidental death from failing to hold my breath at an inopportune time.
Going with flying as I think it would be the most fun.
Invisibility is probably the most optimal, as many have noted, but probably not as much fun TBH.

Oh i was being dumb, finally understood the OP.
I thought it had 1, 2, 3 as examples not pick one of those listed.
In that case Invisibility is the obvious answer.
Strength. Because I need to hold my breath when dealing with heavy objects, I might as well shorten the time i need to stop breathing.
