Generally, looking youthful means you look 3/4th-3/5th your numerical age. Such as some 40 year olds looking like they're in their late 20s and 50 year olds looking mid 30's. Personally I think I look old in the face, no thanks to my miniscule body fat percentage.

Well first of all it's not linear. Second you really don't need to look any more youthful if you are 20, as long as you look right for your age then it's not going to get any better. Third are you really planning this for the long term? You're that worried about looking old that you prefer to look like an anorexic castrato than a healthy person?
