Well we stayed often in Kota Kinabulu. We climbed up Mount Kinabalu, then went to eastern sabah and done some project work with Orangutans on the kinabatangan river. Then we went down to Mulu national park in Sarawak and went to all the caves and shit there like the biggest one in the world. We did some trekking there and whilst we were coming down off one of the mountains from seeing the pinnacles, I slipped and cracked my head open in the middle of no where ;D. Blood went everywhere it was p.awesome.
But yeah. What did you do? Any project work?

For some people it's harder to gain weight than to lose it.
Also here's a better tip. Buy jeans that fit you.
