No, you draw it once (which you would have done anyway, but you don't have to use negative space connections so it's easier) then instead of cutting it into a stencil either scan/print or just photocopy it, and then paste directly up. Draw, make stencil, paint from stencil onto PAPER as many times as copies you want, and then pasting those is ridiculously convoluted
