Well, I've grown to like the taste. It's similar to drinking coffee. First you hate it but eventually you start to like the taste. Besides, it helps you keep your own hemoglobin rates buffed if you're thinking of beefing your own physique up as blood contains masses of iron. If you're anemic, it's even better. Usually some athletes achieve this by going mountain climbing. High altitudes cause your blood to grow thin, forcing your body to produce more blood cells. This is like a poor man's version.

Yeah, this is true, hence why I still drink water most of the time. I treat it as alcohol. Only a glass or so after a meal. Mixed up with some Fanta or Coca-Cola it can actually taste pretty good.

Nah, who am I kidding. Everyone around here stuffs ~10 cubes of sugar and half glass of milk into theirs. When I go and pour it black in my mug they look at me as if I'd be crazy. IMO that black version wakes you up better due to the stronger and sharper taste. You wake up, your hair's all around, your eyes aren't even fully open and you stuff your mouth full of something black. Wakes you up fo' sho.
