While I know people with ADHD CAN live normal lives, a majority of them do not. It's a manner of self-control. No two people with ADHD are the same, and one of them may be able to control it better than the other, but that doesn't mean that the other one (who can't control itself as well) is lazy for not trying. While I agree, ADHD can (not always mind) be a legitimate issue, it shouldn't be used as an excuse to pity yourself. That goes for really anything though.
I dont know if it's a mental disorder but, I can't detect sarcasm in voice patterns.
