I have Narcolepsy and I bet I'm the only one so far since everyone else has probably either said OCD, ADD, Aspergers, Depression, or some other self-diagnosed get out of jail free card for their social awkwardness

Not really, I was actually diagnosed with ADHD when I was in the first grade, my mom would scream at me and yell at me every time I tried to use it as an excuse for anything.
A moderate case of obsessive compulsive disorder and a rather minor case of bipolarity, though that one is more easy to trigger.
Paranoia. My brain often tricks me into believing there is someone looking from around the corner and when I walk past a dark corner I often tend to see a disturbed figure. And sometimes if I don't do something right a certain number of times, I feel like someone will "get" me. And it isn't helping it when I'm typing this at 3am
