How is that gun possibly dumb?

I think they are trying to imply that you put too much work into making it look as realistic as you can
I agree, the fact that you make a list of credits from where the parts were from and use (according to time of posting) 3 hours to make it look better, it seems to be a bit too much.

And the fucking scope on the first one.

It's a scope with a NVS in front of it. That's how the LaRue L-3 EOS 2124 works.
Spent all of 10 minutes making this. I tried to do a revamp of the MP7, make it in sorta the same style.

Trigger guard seems too small.
It is too small. The PMG made it too small, as that's the default trigger as a stand alone part.
Have you tried scaling it?
Stuck out the back in an awkward place, and it didn't fit the grip snugly. And scaling it made the trigger almost go trough the guard.

its not even realistic
i thought the ar15 saw mag was supposed to be huge
and if that thing actually takes stanags why is there so much space between the magwell and the barrel
plus there's stupid vestigial beltfeeding parts

I suppose it's because I didn't make a proper description. I didn't want it to feed from SAW-MAGs as what would take too much time, and you could still feed from, say, box mags with adapters (talking about belt-feeding). And the FN F2000 has a shitload of space between the magwell and barrel.

Kinda ran out of ideas for the newest version so:

So uhm... yeah, I tried to mke the gun realistic as well as awesome, but... I don't know
Oh, I know that the fire selector is missing, forgot about it.
I'm not good at blending and such, but here's my attempt on that gun with an overbarrel grenade launcher thingy.
