The Bahemhm Model 1922. This small submachine-gun was chambered in 9x10mm Ottoman, and was fed by a 25 round detachable box magazine. Its safety was located at the front, by pushing a button to the right (for fire) or left (for safety). Its charging handle was located at the top, by simply pulling it back towards the operator. The shells were ejected straight upwards, sometimes getting in the soldiers way. However, the BM22 is built to be used ambidextrously by any soldier that it was issued to. Pros: - High rate of fire - Ambidextrous - Compact - Simple to operate - Simple to manufacture Cons: - Iffy iron sights - Lack of Stock (Until the Model 1930, which added a folding stock) - No compensator - Short range - Shell Ejection is too early for it's time, causing jams Altogether, the BM22 was an efficient and easily transportable weapon, that helped the Ottoman Empire beat back the British onslaught in North Africa.
How would you even hold that?
You rest the bipod on the ground and hold the spade grips with both hands?
How would you even hold that?
I was going to make it look mounted to something, but I had no idea how to do that, so I threw on a bipod instead. Also: gun
Dedicated to Zillamaster55 for stimulating my creativity. You can give some facts to this one if like, too. This one's in .45APC and totally not inspired by Thompson.
You can give some facts to this one if like, too.
its a gun that fires bullets pew pew pew

This is the Bahemhm Model 1941. Unlike the BM30 or BM22, the BM41 is a sub-machine gun that has taken a change in caliber. Instead of 20 round 9x10mm Ottoman round, the BM41 eats .45 ACP. The change in round was bought about at the same time when multiple weapons in the Ottoman army required a universal round. The BM41 feeds from a 35 round detachable box magazine, with the charging handle once again located at the top. However, shells were ejected to either the left or right side, according to the operator's need. The safety is located on a switch behind the handguard. Far left for Semi-Automatic, Middle for Safety, and Far Right for Full-Automatic. The BM41 has a slower rate of fire than the BM22/30, to compensate for the heavier bullet. The sights had a slight change, due to the barrel being elongated. Much like it's predecessor, there is no outward stock. Instead, it is collapsed inside the box located at the back of the gun. However, it is crudely collapsed unlike modern firearms. A button located on the left opens a notch, allowing the operator to pull out a small chunk of metal that could be considered a stock. Pros - Heavier bullet - Longer Range - Quieter from elongated barrel - Stock - Better sights Cons - When jammed, the charging handle will sometimes get stuck under the top guard - Magazine release is activated by pushing up 2 buttons in front of the handguard - Slower rate of fire - Much heavier - Tough to clean on the go - Long manufacture times - Expensive The BM41 is considered a failure by some WWII historians, being that it was instantly outclassed by the PPSH41 it went up against.
This would be the Bahemhm Model 1930, a modification of the BM22. It's considered to be superior, being that its barrel was longer, magazine release easier, addition of a stock, and lighter build around the receiver. However, it still suffered the issues of the BM22, such as the short range and lack of compensator.
