the bolt doesn't move back and forth to open the chamber and there's nothing on the bottom to push the second cylinder up

First of all, i consider myself a skilled PMG'er, but i am nowhere near the best. NightWig and Qwerty are both proof of that :v:
Now, regarding your rifle, there are a number of things that need fixing: The barrel should've been aligned with the ejection port, the ejection port should've been aligned with the magazine, and the magazine should've been full of bullets, not empty (That magazine is transparent).
Also, blending is easy once you get the hang of it.

I must say that the barrel doesn't always need to align the ejection port (EP), but it cannot be above it. It should either be directly aligned with the EP or some pixels below it. Also the magazine, as mentioned by Matrix, is empty, but it is also inserted into a magwell for .338 and not 7.62 x 51. This would make the magazine wobble out and impossible to insert. The ejection port is also very far back. The EP should be aligned above the magazine, if not forward ejecting, but it cannot be to the right side of the mag. The rear sight seems slapped on. I like the idea of the foregrip though.
Also, I am going to start on a project that I drew during a trainride. But in the meantime I will post 0.6 guns until I get a finished 0.7 gun.

I'll fix that... Still, got to make it have some "style"... resize buttpad, remove g36 front sight, bayonet I'll keep, What should I use as part of the trigger guard? RIS is for a reason, Flashlight=gone, mag floating is in a marking I am using as the magwell. what dust cover?
