I meant that 0.8 would allow you to turn 6 grouped parts into 1

I also made it so that you can't aim, but it looks better:

a little STALKER inspired, a little not.
either way I am too tired to continue and I'm unhappy with the RDS, but it looks lacking without something up there even with the ironsights.
also on a side note this is my first "techy" weapon in a good long while.

Scraping off thin, symmetrical squares on the mag is apparently useful in tactical close quarter situations.

SCAR H recievers all the way
I know a thing or two about manufacturing; scrape off tiny parts and you end up with a lighter product and 5% cheaper manufacturing. So the "tactical" thing about it is that it is cheaper and 2 grams lighter?
Also, you can ungroup parts like the bipod, stock, rails and some other parts.

Why do they carve plastic bottle caps like that? So you have a better grip on it.
I'm guessing same goes here.

Long stock is long
Long stock is long
If the Regular Thompson M1A1 stock is long, then yes. I made the stock the exact length, from the grip, as the regular has from grip to buttstock.

Heh, I always did think the Thompson stock looked quirky, but that's just my two cents :v:

I thought it was to reduce resources required to manufacture it which is why bottles and cans have a "neck". It could also be because of weight, but the bullets are the heavy part anyway so that wouldn't really make any sense.

I wasn't talking about the neck of the bottle, rather the actual lid with the dents carved in it so you can open it more easily.

I know, I was just thinking of my own theory. Anyway, anyone got some content?

Wouldn't it be a bit better if you put the magazine a little bit more to the right (front), so that you can hold the stock"grip" and the pistol grip, and just make the front handguard disappear, shortening the rifle down a bit?
I got an idea for a semiauto GL, and I want to know if it would work.
Basically, the gases are used to eject the shell, but the loading area/shell ejection port locks open once it's fired, getting rid of the spent shell and making it easy to load since the port is already open.
A quick button press near the trigger or handguard releases the lock and a spring forces the port closed.
Is is possible?
