Some mowers wont suck up the grass if you pull it. Check yours do avoid extra work.
you should get a mower with a bag so it collects the grass
Use scissors to get the finest cut.

Mowing the lawn isn't rocket science. Walk forward, turn, go forward, turn.

Don't grab into the blades of your mower!
Remember push it away from you don't pull it towards you or you'll find some more red water
