I'd use the steel bar and wood to dismantle the couch for raw materials.

After getting some nails and larger pieces of wood, afterwords make a medieval style hanging battering ram and make a hole in the wall, ignoring the door entirely, the the nails with the steel bar at the front as a ram head.

Additionally, I could add the Bunsen burner somewhere on there.
