"Don't hate the player, hate the game"
Why can't I hate both?
I don't like the term "sperger."
I have Asperger's Syndrome myself (I don't like to talk too much about it because of unfortunate prior incidents involving some random person stalking me online), and its kind of stereotyping Aspergerians to having bad behavior.
Yeah, it always bothers me when people use the word "sperg". Another variation I've seen is "aspie".
On that note, I also hate it when people call each other "autistic" for doing something they don't like.
The fact that people are actually getting pissed off over these kinds of things kinda pisses me off.
When people overreact to you saying "Me and John" rather than "John and I". I mean, I know when to use them properly and whatever, but to be honest I think it's just become a permanent variation in the English language, and it doesn't even matter too much.
What my CoD fanboy friend always says:
"I am in FaZe Clan"
Everytime he says that i want to kick him in the nuts.
"Shame on you!"
Especially when its posted in the comments to an article and is directed towards the newspaper for publishing something the commenter apparently didnt like and also demanding to take the article down. It was just really strange.
"You're just jealous"
I am not jealous just because I disagree with or dislike something that you do.
"But those animals were created so we could slaughter and eat them, they wouldn't have had the chance to live if we didn't use them for food!"
How about I start reproducing and then murder and eat my own children. If I give life, I can take life, right? Oh now you're saying animals are different? Anatomically. They have the capacity to suffer life us. BEES have personalities and become pessimistic and depressed when you torment them, according to new research.
Go and inflict pain upon your pet if you have one, and try convincing yourself it doesn't mind.
I don't care if you choose to end life to please your tongue. That's your decision, and I've made mine. I'm not trying to stop anyone there. But I can't stand someone dumb enough to think themselves as the only species deserving of proper treatment and respect.

"I'M A VEGAN AND I'M MAD BECAUSE EVERYBODY LOVES BACON AND I REFUSE TO EAT IT BECAUSE ITS BAD TO KILL LIVING THINGS EVEN THOUGH MEAT IS GOOD FOR YOU"
That about sums it up.

Sometimes I don't even know.

Way to read.
I'm saying I don't like the thought that it's okay to mistreat a living being just because you are responsible for it being there. How would you like it if your parents made you suffer as a kid, when you had no control over whatever.
And you've been conditioned all your life, of course you're going to be told that "meat is good for you", it's a country full of carnivores.

Where is the mistreating in all this? If you're talking about a slaughterhouse, those things are way more humane then what we did to them 100+ years ago. If you're talking about the people who just sit there and torture animals before they eat them then yeah that's fucked up.
There have been studies showing the vitamins and nutrients in meat which are good for us. Lean meats mostly, and we've been killing animals and each other since the dawn of time just as those animals have been killing each other and us since the dawn of time. Your argument is invalid considering that's the entire nature of this planet.

We're not carnivores, but we're survivors. It's why we can eat meat and not die instantly.
And you're just one of the millions of consumers of meat, they have a large crowd to feed, so the animals they produce will never have decent living conditions. Because use a basic knowledge of math, and you'll figure out that the more animals you cram in one space, the more profit you'll make.
I'm done, not getting into another argument with a vegan.
I don't like meat because the animal isn't dead before killing it :)))))))).

Wrong! It was never cool, it was the equivalent of saying "well I don't care" in the middle of an argument. Everyone else then realises that you are a cunt. And nothing is gained

That post pissed me off. "Cool story, bro" pissed/pisses me off.
Those annoying abbreviations like "totes amaze/emosh", ect, do my head in
I can't think of a phrase that bugs me that much in RL, but I get sick of seeing "xD" in every comment section on the internet.

We're omnivores, we can eat anything we want to as long as it's not poisonous.
It makes perfect sense to eat meat, but the problem rises from our massive global population. There are so many consumers in the world who cause a massive demand for meat, so it becomes an industry. The problem with that is that meat can only be produced by killing animals.
That wouldn't be a big deal if there weren't 8 billion people demanding steak every night.
So this problem essentially boils down to overpopulation. We need to stop banging each other so much.
[sp]sorry, I had too much fun with debates in Public Speaking class[/sp]

"Your mom"
Idk, just gets me pissed.
I have no idea why but the term "sheeple" makes me frustrated. It smacks of elitism.
When the word 'gay' is used to negatively describe something. Teenage boys in particular tend to be guilty of this practice. How the hell can an object or situation be homosexual? And why would that be a bad thing? It's 2013 for fuck's sake, why do people still have beef with homosexuality 46 years after it was decriminalised (in the UK)?
"Friendzone"
Jesus fucking Christ, there are so many reasons I hate that word. It's mostly because the way guys are raised, in so many stories, the protagonist gets a female at the end like a prize. And this translates into real life by conditioning a lot of guys to feel like they're entitled to have a girl. It's a phrase that carries the idea that a girl has no choice over if she rejects a guy, that she has to say yes if he asks her out or else she's some sort of shallow bitch or something. Worse yet if she chooses another guy who's apparently a douchebag compared to the "nice guy" whom she rejected. It's so sexist it's unbelievable.
I thought that particular misconception had been done away with ages ago. I have never once heard 'friendzoned' used in a sexist context. It's usually used to describe a situation in which a girl who knows very well a guy is into her, has no intention of ever returning his affections, but enjoys his attention so much she leads him on without ever actually saying she's not interested. That, my friends, is cruel. The guy would always much prefer to be told right away that she doesn't see him in a romantic light than to eventually come to that conclusion when he realizes she's passive-agressively keeping a platonic distance between them, even though she pretended affection when it suited her. If a guy led a girl on in like manner, it'd be called douchebaggery.
Hmm, what pisses me off? Seeing that term wrongly defined, or seeing it used in a sexist context.
Anyone that uses a meme in a verbal conversation.

Pay attention to non-verbal signs, and if it takes so long to get to date her, it won't happen.
It's the dudes fault many times for falling into it still.

I have to agree with you, but admittedly I do it too.
I don't know why I do, it just slips out sometimes. I wish people would stop saying it, but I think as long as it continues to piss people off then it won't stop being a thing to say.
