I've got a secret hamster, up in the loft. I go up there and feed it, except I tell my wife I'm trying to fix a leak. She doesn't know a thing. My son got suspicious one day, asking "Dad, what are you doing up there in the loft? There's no leak there!" and I said "Son, you don't want to know what I'm doing up there." He hasn't asked since.

Im semi schizophrenic. Though I can control what I hear and sometimes see. Even to go far as a "imaginary friend" that appeals to all 5 senses called a tulpa. I kinda trained myself to be this way.

sometimes when there are people within earshot but i am not within their line of sight, i make the most inhuman sounds i can think of while maintaining a neutral expression and doing something normal like drawing on a paper or eating food, so that when they come to investigate they get really confused
