Lean, grilled pork roast, a baked potato and steamed broccoli.
Pork roast was a solid 9/10. Flavorful and tender, without being the least bit greasy.
Baked potato was a baked potato, not much more to say. Some butter, salt and pepper. Wish I'd had chives and sour cream. 8/10
Brocolli: 7/10. Nutritious and filling, but the flavor was a little off.
