3rd degree in that image is a bit extreme. On my 3rd degree burn the skin seemed to be fine, but was in-fact dead.

I feel your pain OP, I also burned my arm on a pizza oven when I was working at a restaurant. Looked exactly the same. It'll go away overtime, but it will leave a whitish mark for months.
You could've burn more, don't be a pussy.
I've had worse
It will leave a scar. I have 2 burns like this. Not a very noticable one though.
It's not too serious.
