3rd degree doesn't hurt because it has burned so badly that the pain receptors are completely destroyed.
1st degree hurts mildly, 2nd degree makes you want to die.
3rd degree in that image is a bit extreme.
On my 3rd degree burn the skin seemed to be fine, but was in-fact dead.

I burnt my hand just looking at that.
I feel your pain OP, I also burned my arm on a pizza oven when I was working at a restaurant. Looked exactly the same. It'll go away overtime, but it will leave a whitish mark for months.
You could've burn more, don't be a pussy.
I've had worse
It will leave a scar. I have 2 burns like this. Not a very noticable one though.
It's not too serious.
