When i think of Gunbuster i think of boobs. All the nudity was really un-needed imo.

Perhaps the only nudity I see kinda justified was when [sp]Noriko rips off her suit during the final episode, because of the analogy (The Gunbuster ripping off its own "heart") more than anything[/sp]. Aside from that it was truly an amazing show.

The worst part was the fact that it was practically just a brownish area. No detail whatsoever.
But anyway, i enjoyed it.
Hot damn

After seeing so many people talk about Steins;Gate here, I decided to watch it. Holy fuck that was such a good anime!
how do i get sharp subtitles in mpc-hc? they always seem a bit blurred if i compare it to vlc
how do i get sharp subtitles in mpc-hc? they always seem a bit blurred if i compare it to vlc
This is pretty easy.
In MPC-HC under Play->Filters->DirectVobSub->Properties, go to general and change the resolution to "Double resolution".

You don't because using ISR will fuck up some 3d transforms and may therefore render some more advanced typesetting unreadable.
So I've finished the first 70 chapters of Bakuman but I'm a little skeptic about watching the anime. Bakuman seems like a concept that'll work best as a manga and somewhat less as an anime. Okay, characters like Nizuma Eiji will probably be an absolute hoot but I can't shake the doubt that I'll enjoy the anime as much as I'm enjoying the manga.

I wonder what the new OP and ED are gonna be; the first OP was amazing, and Yes' Roundabout was a great choice for the ED
That Sugita
Talking about Jojo, I cannot take the chauffeur character seriously in Princess Jellyfish, I always expect him to start shouting "JOJOOOOOOOOO!!!!" and go "Wryyyyy..." :v:
I wonder what the new OP and ED are gonna be; the first OP was amazing, and Yes' Roundabout was a great choice for the ED
The OP is "Bloody Stream" by Coda
I think the ED is the same, but they'll probably change it a few more episode in.
Robotics : notes [sp]so it moved, sort of, also does Akiho's sister have something to do with steins;gate or am i missing something (never watched steins;gate btw)[/sp]
She never appeared in anything but Robotics;Notes, so you're not missing anything.

If that's not working, then I'd try disabling VobSub, and going through MPC's internal subtitle renderer (don't worry, this won't affect fonts or anything).
Under MPC, go to Options -> External Filters -> select Direct VobSub and set it to "block" -> Go to the Subtitles main tab -> Set "Sub Pictures to Buffer" to 10, set "Maximum Texture Resolution" to Desktop, and check "Allow animation while buffering".
For some reason when I go full screen on MPC now, the show and the subtitles look extremely pixely. It was never like that before. This was before I reinstalled Windows. It's not too much of a problem because I don't need to watch full screen.
Or maybe I never noticed the pixels before :v:
I started Future Diary.
I'm one episode in and it seems very intriguing.
