Steve Blum wooooooooooooo!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Blum#Filmography Dat list
Done with Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. End feels like it stops on the middle of storyline. But was worth watching, for me at least.
I never realised until now that each season of Minami-ke has a different director (I assumed that s1 and s3 were the same at least).
I'm running out of shows to watch, even though my to watch list of choc full of anime, I look at it and I just have interest in so few of them. Only ones that I would actually watch right now are space bros, hidamari sketch, mahou shoujo madoka magica and Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, the latter only because the art looks nice and I've had a vauge interest in it for a while.

Walking by a class room and I see some guy watching anime pics and reading manga. (He was right next to the door) Oh the temptation to say something Japanese just to see his reaction.

HELLSING ULTIMATE 10 HAS BEEN SUBBED BY SAGE
HELLSING ULTIMATE 10 HAS BEEN SUBBED BY SAGE
That may explain why they haven't been subbing Bakuman lately.
Main cast was good, but all the support characters... uhhgg... [editline]reply[/editline] Speak normally you shitty voice actors! Putting on an accent is NOT necessary.
It's to give the illusion that they're not just reusing the same 5 people. I liked the Cowboy Bebop dub. It gave off more of a space westerny vibe.
Mondai-ju-tachi was delayed by a week >:| I was looking forward to checking it out. Sakurasou tomorrow though, that'll be fine compensation.
It's to give the illusion that they're not just reusing the same 5 people. I liked the Cowboy Bebop dub. It gave off more of a space westerny vibe.
Exactly. On another note, i'm starting Planetes. What am i in for?
Exactly. On another note, i'm starting Planetes. What am i in for?
you're in for a good anime
Exactly. On another note, i'm starting Planetes. What am i in for?
You're for pretty much the only form of media who portrays space in a truly realistic way, and a great hard sci-fi show. Most notoriously: it's the only show I've seen where there's no sound in space or other places with no atmosphere, like it should be.
Magi episode 13 had some really good fight scenes and animation. Such a long time since I've seen a proper fighting scene. Usually anime is all like "ok, so battle, let's stand here and talk, then for a few seconds make som kicks or sword swings then go back to a defensive pose and think or talk some more before we do some more kicks or sword swings". Or of course doing it Highschool of the Dead style, simply not showing those scenes at all, just the scene before the action. A show itself is not a form of media, but it's presented through a form of media. Also Space Bros portrays space realistically as well.
It's to give the illusion that they're not just reusing the same 5 people.
There's a difference between an accent and changing your tone of voice. Seriously, some of these guys sound like they broke their nose halfway through a sneeze.
old is so much better(i own the manga in the old version) im curious on why someone decided it was a good idea to re draw everything
his art style evolved so he drew characters from his previous work in his current style i happen to like his current style which is used in yotsuba&
Uhm, form of media? Anime is a form of media. A show itself is not a form of media, but it's presented through a form of media. Also Space Bros portrays space realistically as well.
I said "form of media" as a shortening of "anime, live action series, cartoon, feature film, movie short, etcetera...", I'm sorry if I didn't expressed it correctly. And yeah, Space Bros has also a realistic approach of space, but it still has the "sound in space" thing which pretty much happens everywhere. In Planetes the only sounds present there are the background music and the radio transmissions, whereas in Space Bros there's still the oxymoronic atmospheric background noise, the sound of the rocket engines, etc... I know I'm probably being too nitpicky in this, but that's the only thing lacking for it to be 100% realistic in my opinion.
PV for the second half of the season of Robotics;Notes. What are you rating late for? This came out today and has not been posted here.
While that one is new, like 70% of that has been out for quite a while. I thought it was the same at first but this one is slightly shorter and has a few scenes that weren't in the last one.
Old one looks better.
So realistic!

The new one is definitely better quality wise, but the old one has personality which I feel he lost a good bit of with his new style.
finished watching second and third seasons of minami-ke so i could watch the new one went easy once the second one was over.
