Wow, I had no idea there was an anime adaptation about Jay Leno's teenage life.
Ha, reminds me of the girl from Kami Nomi S2.
Ha, reminds me of the girl from Kami Nomi S2.
You mean the one who's essentially an older version of Elsie? Because she was banging hot.
Any of yall know anything as emotional(y traumatizing) as clannad? I heard that there was some other visual novel by the same dudes called Kannon or Cannan or something like that, is any of what I've just mentioned worth watching?
Try KS
Oh wait, this one:

Chihayafuru S2E2 was another good episode. Hopefully the other [sp]three[/sp] people that will be joining the team will be as enjoyable. Also this was great: [t]http://i.imgur.com/fyMSQns.jpg[/t] they only draw her as having 3 eyelashes, and they finally mentioned it. I always thought it was just a stylistic choice but I guess it wasn't.

Man I've forgotten how much I used to like Berserk. Love it.

Intense first 6 episodes of Spice and Wolf S2
Serial Experiments Lain Blu Ray looks amazing.
So guys, how is the show so far? Worth watching? If so, why? I won't accept boobs, economics and good for an answer.
The story from the LN/manga is fantastic, but as someone who's also watching the anime, I honestly can't say it's a terribly good adaptation. While they hit the key plot points, they end up leaving out a lot of the little details and characterization that made the LN/manga so great; not to mention they botch some of the really impactful line deliveries. On the plus side, the VA roster is absolutely stacked. As it stands currently I wouldn't recommend it; not that I think it's terrible, you wouldn't hate yourself for watching it, but it's simply not truly recommendable. I'd tell you to read the LN/manga, but you don't read things so that's rather out of the question.
Any of yall know anything as emotional(y traumatizing) as clannad? Planetarian wasn't made into an anime.
I nominate Bakumatsu Roman's op as the most ~fabulous~ of Winter 2012.

Dude what. Shinsekai yori never has an OP, but in episode 16 they basically use a flashback montage as an OP. That was a beautiful episode; would watch again. I got goosebumps not even halfway through it. I wonder what the meaning of the dream sequence was. Obviously there was a [sp]tainted cat[/sp] in the background, and maybe the [sp]monster that bit off the head of the small creature was the adults killing off the children[/sp]? Hmm. [editline]19th January 2013[/editline] Oh man, another large timeskip next episode? Cool.
i come bearing animated avatars. some are better than others. They should all be within gold member limits unless I fucked up somewhere. I'll revisit nekomono later to see if I can find some more non-spoiler scenes to gif. If anybody wants a specfic scene done let me know. However I won't do anything that's blatant fanservice or spoiler-related. If you want either of those you can do them yourself. I want to eventually run through the rest of my collection to find some more material, but this is all I have time for now.
Bit late on this, but I am jacking this one if nobody has. I just started watching Space Brothers and I am thoroughly enjoying it.
anybody else reading akame ga kill? im just few chapters in but this is really awesome
Am I the only one that finds fanservice irritating?
Am I the only one that finds fanservice irritating?
depends, it was irritating in strike witches but helped with characterization in bakemonogatari
Am I the only one that finds fanservice irritating?
nothing wrong with fanservice, its just if they are overdoing it it is horrible
It's just I find it hard to suspend my disbelief when I'm watching something and then suddenly the show's all "Check out this ass wooooaaaah" I guess it makes someone with a waifu out there happy but honestly I think it's really annoying. It's the equivalent of someone constantly nudging you going "Dude she's hot".
anybody else reading akame ga kill? im just few chapters in but this is really awesome
i read a few chapters and it's pretty good, no bullshit with people getting dismembered and stuff dont really like the main guy though

I really really dislike the main guy but at least he went from super annoying at the start to somewhat annoying after a couple of chapters.
a whiny kid who thinks too much of himself is a good start
nothing wrong with fanservice, its just if they are overdoing it it is horrible
I watch Queen's Blade for the plot.
akame ga kill spoiler (ch9) [sp]i like how they killed one of the main cast already[/sp]
