can anybody recommend me a show that is currently airing/recently aired with a substantial amount of fanservice?
need a couple of shows for really late nights.
Freezing, Manyuu Hikenchou, Seikon no Qwaser.
Obviously get the blur-ay release if your're going to watch them.
[editline]5th November 2012[/editline]
Witchblade too, but that's deceptively good.
Four dollars for eight is standard. 50c each roll.
In L.A. you you have a lot of choices when it comes to sushi; 30 dollars all you can eat deals, $2.75 per item, or just the regular sushi restaurant deal which is $5.00 to $15.00 per item (depends if it's a special sushi/roll or just regular). I go to sushi every Friday or Saturday and for three to four people it's mostly just under or just above $200. Sushi for my birthday is even worse. . .

I'm having my friend put a bunch of anime on my spare HDD I have, about 310GB. All the scribbled animes are anime I have either seen or am not going to watch (therefore not included on the HDD). I haven't seen any of the unscribbled animes, except for Darker than Black (I've yet to see season two and 1.5).

Well that is a screen of the list on my friends computer. He added icons to all the anime folders to make it look pretty.
Just watched four episodes of Code Geass in succession, this is brilliant! It makes me feel smart too.

Akagi but no Kaiji?
Akagi but no Kaiji?
I'll make sure to relay the message. And no worries, It's not like I will watch all of these in one sitting! I am having him download animes for me for two reasons; one, I'm too lazy to download a bunch, two, my internet is generally a piece of shit.
Also, I don't really know what I am getting myself into.
Witchblade too, but that's deceptively good.
Yeah, but Witchblade can't really satisfy the boner it gives me. :suicide:

Tell him not to bother with Kill Me Baby and Natsuiro Kiseki, they suck
Haven't seen KStyleAzure yet, so here's a repost from the last thread with the info for the songs we have to record. Don't bother me about the hyperlinks.

Voting's over. First four songs up there are the winners. Why did Binbougami Ga! get in while Turn A didn't? Because fuck if I know, whine about it if it bothers you.
Alright, for everyone that already participated in the first round, there's now a "Round 2" folder in the same Dropbox shared folder. Same procedure as last time, just stick your finished recording into the respective folder titled "Song Name - Username." WAV or FLAC format is preferred.
If you're not in the Dropbox, PM me with your e-mail so I can invite you. If you don't have Dropbox, you can always sign up (https://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTc3NjU1MDk5?src=global9) here (gives me referrals ;) ;) ;) ) or be lame and just PM me your recordings.
Some general pointers,
Okay so here's how we'll be doing this. First of all, you'll need a voice recording software. Audacity is a pretty easy to use program for this. If you need help figuring out how to work it, just ask the thread. A few words of advice, don't try to cut out any blank spaces unless they're obscenely long. They provide a nice break in / out for editing + good material for subtraction. Also unless you know what you're doing, don't try to make the audio sound better. I mean, if you know all the stuff about noise canceling and whatnot, go right ahead and make the editing job easier, but there's no pressure on you doing so.
Some tips on the actual singing process.
* Try not to introduce other noise sources when you record. Don't be bumping into things while singing, turn off the A/C, that kind of stuff. If possible, try to control your breathing. Hearing mouth breathing in a song is very undesirable. On that note, try not to overload your mic singing. It's better to have the incoming audio be quiet than it is for it to be too loud and damage the recorded audio irreparably. If you want to sing a very enthusiastic part of the song, try lowering the input so that the sound file doesn't blow up. (Here's how you can spot common audio mistakes: the audio might pop where it gets tinny because you breathed into the mic or whatever. This looks like a jag in the waveform. Overloading your mic causes the waveform to extend past the viewing area, which means you sang too loud that it wasn't recorded properly.)
* Don't send us anything stupidly bad. At least take the time to sing through it comprehensively. This may take you a couple go's through the song to figure out the lyrics. Try to keep in time with the lyrics on the actual song. It's incredibly obvious when someone is a half-second off. It doesn't have to be the epitome of perfection, but please at least make it seem like you tried.
* Maintain the key of the song. If you can't, you can always try to drop an octave in your voice. If you need further help, ask in the thread.
Since I'm too much of a lazy asshole right now, you guys will have to do with these shitty quality video versions for the time being. Will probably edit in HQ versions later, but for now these should work. I'll also go back and make edited versions of the lyrics to make them more karaoke friendly (I'm looking at you, Renai Circulation)

Surely you guys discuss the pronunciation of the lyrics too.
Listen to the song to get the pronounciation
Oh god my sides that[sp]Zero-cat chase[/sp]scene in Code Geass. I can't wait until you guys do the OP for that.
(Thanks for the reminder Afterlife)

Let's just say there is a fucking reason I didn't vote for that song, same reason I was against people voting for Joshiraku.
Why did the Kill Me Baby ED even make the top vote? Listening to it doesn't even make me want to sing.
Why did the Kill Me Baby ED even make the top vote? Listening to it doesn't even make me want to sing.
Then don't.
pretty sure i have read the sukitte manga, but it was generic so i don't remember anything of it
Then don't.
Never said I would.
