Everyday I feel anxious; and when you know that everything you had to do has been completely finished, it is the best feeling ever.
I wanted to start watching Steins;Gate but its almost midnight. Once I start watching I wont stop until the last episode. The temptation grrrrrrrrr.
I watched 24 episodes today. It was worth it.
I think I spoiled myself by placing my standards for other shows on the same level of S;G.
The first anime I watched (all episodes) was Clannad. Never seen anything better than it either. [editline]26th November 2012[/editline]
They could have at least ended with something other than a filler episode about some minor character's boob insecurity
Well the manga went beyond that, and is still being published.
Is 'Umineko: When They Cry' worth watching as a follow-up from watching all of Higurashi?
Is 'Umineko: When They Cry' worth watching as a follow-up from watching all of Higurashi?
It's not finished, as it only goes up to the question arcs - nothing really gets answered. It's a good watch [sub](in my opinion)[/sub] but others would disagree. If you liked Higurashi you'll probably like Umineko, but I'd suggest reading the manga or even just playing the VN if you're into reading novels. They're much better than the anime.
I think I spoiled myself by placing my standards for other shows on the same level of S;G.
That's a relatively low standard. TTGL and Clannad standard is more like it.
wait are you implying s;g is bad
wait are you implying s;g is bad
I don't think you know what relative means.
He's implying that Clannad and TTGL is god-tier anime. Which is completely true.
imho s;g>clannad hands down
imho s;g>clannad hands down
infidel
On the topic of Steins;Gate: Oh boy episode 18. [sp]Watching Okabe date is quite...interesting. Also, Daru: Ecchi Expert.[/sp]
Terrible news today. My laptop has some hardware and power supply issues and the costs to repair it is way out of my reach. I'm probably going to go for months without having a decent device to use to watch anime :suicide:
TTGL is overrated. Thanks for reinforcing the fact though.
yeah, but it's still better than s;g
the best thing about yuru yuri is YURIYURARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARAYURUYURI
TTGL is overrated. Thanks for reinforcing the fact.
You're overrated. Thanks for reinforcing the truth.
well at least i know how long i have left to wait for episode 6
then there's episode 7 it's fun watching dgg suffer
Someone toss me a 'mature' anime. By that I mean a show that draws out one plot and is done (Doesn't run for 1,000,000 episodes), doesn't cave into insane amounts of fan service, has memorable characters, and doesn't involve fucking high school kids in 95% of its story. Something like uh . . . Baccano!, Fate/Zero, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai 7, off the top of my head. Not necessarily in the same genre, but just . . . serious.
steins;gate
steins;gate
Is it done? Don't enjoy sitting around waiting for new episodes either, frankly.
yea, it is [editline]26th November 2012[/editline] just dont drop it, its a bit of a slow start the first episodes
Well, that was fast then. Hell, keep suggesting shit if you got it, I should really stockpile. [editline]26th November 2012[/editline]
just dont drop it, its a bit of a slow start the first episodes
Dude if I lived through the first eight episodes of Samurai 7 I'm sure I can survive this.
Only when you've survived the endless eight you can openly brag about it.
I found the endless eight quite entertaining. [editline]26th November 2012[/editline] Even though it was the same everytime.
