no it can't have. i owned all the BIONICLE ones, they were definitely bionicle, and they definitely didn't look like that. maybe your country was different. the boxes i posted weren't like the ones mine came in. mine were bionicles, looked like how they do in the boxes i posted, but came in plastic tubes.
