Depends on viewpoint, when compared to bush from a rational viewpoint he is good.
When looked at neutrally, you could say he is about average with a goal to fix up broken relations and internal issues.
When compared to bush from a person who believes the republican party is the one which is always right he is terrible and a monster of sorts.
Internal affairs wise he isn't as good as he could be but external affairs wise be is better than average.
Also, isn't the poll a bit biased, 1 yes which is immensely normal, and a No which seems like you are talking about the devil himself?
I don't hate Obama, but I strongly disagree with him with almost every issue.

About the name, it came from a guy who made a small clan called 'Zesty Lemons' but it soon died off, and I just stole the name after that. I thought it was a good name.

Actually on the news recently it was showing a few hospitals in MA, NH, and ME all with Canadians because their hospitals didn't have the resources because the healthcare is free.
