The satisfaction of a melee kill is best and safest achieved after disabling an enemy's limbs, with two precision shots: one to the elbow of the shooting arm, and one to the knee. That way, you can walk forward with a grisly grin on your face as you bury an axe in their head. Although that's only really achievable when all the other guys are dead, or similarly incapacitated. If you can incap all of them without a lethal takedown, then the bloody pleasure and gory satisfaction of multiple consecutive melee kills can be yours.
