I use claw grip when gaming, but sometimes also palm grip.
I feel the clicks and it makes a different sound when I use claw grip, so I guess it depends on the mouse.

Claw grip, no gaming. Since i have a chinese, not long as classic mouse
A mix of claw grip and fingertip grip, my thumb is angled, but my fingers rest flatly on the mouse, with my palm not touching the mouse.
Claw grip. It feels like there is less pressure applied on to the mouse, so it moves around easier. Also has better access to the scroll wheel I reckon.
Usually palm grip, but sometimes fingertip grip when I'm using a small mouse.
