Quick thing about weird hair colors in Tomodochi: To be able to color anything that isn't considered a "normal" color you need hair color spray, and you get that from doing stuff for the islanders. So pretty much, I get it in a limited supply so some characters with weirder haircolors will just have normal haircolors.
