That's normal, you get used to wearing them after the first two weeks or so. That's how long it took for me, anyway
i wore contacts for like 8 years and one day i switched to glasses and i've never looked back
well i look back a lot cuz i don't have peripherals anymore so i like have to turn to see but i don't regret it

My entire way home after getting my glasses I was just looking around like "holy [i]shit[/i]" because I could see everything so sharply. I didn't even really understand how bad my vision was until I put them on

That was pretty much me walking towards the car, kept taking them on and off just to compare how bad my vision was without them
I'm still waiting for that magical moment where my vision goes to shit
Currently it's better than average but my entire family has bad eyesight and all of them have glasses or contacts
I just put them on and went on with my life. I guess I'm weird.
i dont like wearing glasses but id rather wear them than contact lenses
Despite all the time I spend in front of a damn computer screen, my eyesight is alright.
